I have been going there for years. Both my gel manicure and pedicure were horrible. When you walk out and feel you could have done the same that’s really bad. I won’t go back unfortunately.

When i went with my daughter who is 5 and loves and pedicure- i was told i couldn’t get the pedicure i wanted for her because she didn’t need it. however they told me she needed gel polish 😳When i asked again, the ‘leader of the pack’ again said no- until the guy doing my pedicure said something in the native language. She then agreed. They proceed to talk natively and point at us both making us feel uncomfortable. They had already started, otherwise i would have walked.The pedicure and service was really good- and they seems to care once the service had started. Just a rocking start i guess.

Love everything about this place, the service, the staff are all great. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed !

I am from Ohio and every time I come into town, I get my nails done by Wendy and absolutely love them every single time. I always get pink and white. They are so classy and go with everything. Love this place.

My mom and I have been coming here for years. Always pleasant service, clean salon, new massage chairs and good quality work. Plus, they always play the best movies, with subtitles on. Also, Starbucks is in the same plaza which makes it convenient to grab a coffee before nails =).

I have been at this salon about a year and half. They all seem nice and pleasant. If my finger break, they fix it (dipping) before paint it for me. They all nice and patience with me. I have go back for a toe touch up with free no charge before. Maybe you can do the same. Just saying :).

Hot or miss with the techs. All experiences have been good, I keep going back. Pedicures are great with the hot stones. Love the romantic comedies on the screen.

I have been going here, walk in, since August 2018. I love the staff, they are always kind and inviting. They have always done an excellent job, with high quality and really reasonable pricing. They have great movies they play, itsi so relaxing. I lovr getting my nails done here.

The nail tech was rude and handled me harshly. Their nail polish is extremely cheap. I believe its done purposely to up sale the gel and the sns. I paid $63 for a full set and a pedicure last weekend. My toe nail polish is chipping. The polish is almost completely gone on 3 toes. I have NEVER had this to happen in less than a week. I now have to go to another salon to have them done over. This is absolutely absurd. What a waste of time and money.This place doesnt deserve not even 1 star.

My mom and I come here quite frequently! Personable staff if you get to know them and most of the time they do a pretty quality job! Never had a long wait, and I’m always entertained by the movie choices

I wish I could rate this less than 1 star. They dont even deserve that much.Do NOT go here. I just spent $50 on a manicure and pedicure and it looks like a child who cant color in the lines did it for me. Some nails are square, some are round and they ALL have paint on my skin! Oh - and dont get me started on how my nails are 8 shades of pink darker than my toes THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO MATCH!!On top of that.. I felt man handled when my hands were aggressively put in and out of the drying machine.This is THE worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.If thats not bad enough.... The managers did not offer to fix my joke of a manicure.Seriously - dont waste your time going here!!

I have gel polish all over my nail beds and in my cuticles from my French Manicure. Also, I never saw the nail tools removed from a sanitary wrap, not even when I went back the next day to have an acrylic redone since it had already come halfway off. Two of my fingers are red and inflamed days later. This place is pricier than most. I wish I could recommend this salon since it is so local.

I went back only to be serviced by Stephinie but she was no longer there, what a disappointment that was. Instead I was served by Lena who was rude loud annoying and very unprofessional. She found it hard to follow my instructions on how I wanted my nails done. Instead of getting a relaxing spa experience I got a terrible experience. I will not return to this nail shop but would love to know where Stephinie is now working

I got there and was told to sit down, so I did, not two minutes later they had me switch people two more times. Lean finally got around to doing my nails after she was finished texting. She was so rude and rough. Never going there again!

Went yesterday to get an SNS pink and white. First off I had made an appointment and had to wait 10 min for them to start on me. When they finally got to me Lena, who was the nail tech that did my nails, sat down and coughed in my face. And repeatedly kept coughing without covering her mouth. Good thing she finally put on a mask, dont think that really helps but? Lena ended up cutting three of my fingers with the nail drill and upon inspection at home most of my nails are lumpy and not even. I dont know if this is a new process for this salon but this was a very sloppy and unprofessional job. She also filed in the sides of my nails too far in on some nails and not far enough on other nails. The white tips are thicker on one side than the other. The clear part is very lumpy and uneven. No! Attention to detail and lack of care. Hope I dont get an infection and now have to put neosporin on until my fingers heal. I have very limited time with three little ones at home. I spent my time and hard earned money on something that is supposed to be a treat and it is very annoying and upsetting to get hurt and end up with crappy nails. Will not be going back and will be looking for another place to fix this mess.Update: It is now less than a week since I got my nails done and most of them are now lifting. Will ride it out for another week and then get them redone at Allure Nails...heard great things from many about Amy who does the SNS application there.

Had a SNS manicure done today. Very limited color choice, unless you wanted regular nail polish used. Nail tech did not appear to know what she was doing. Previous SNS manicure was not completely removed. She did not soak off the previous SNS manicure, but filed the color down and added the new product. In the process, she also damaged my natural nails! To shape my nails, she took a very rough file and attempted to shape the surface of the nails to make up for the poor job she did with the powder. Not a very good experience for the amount of money they charge!

I have had pedicures done on a regular basis for the last few years and have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. Everyone is friendly and they make people feel at home.

Nail chipped same day and they dont use plastic liner for pedicure (not very sanitary especially after I watched them wipe/clean for next customer). Going to look for better place.
