Its very conveniently located, even before it moved. The new place is easy to miss though so keep your eyes open! Unfortunately, theres only 2 staff inside & no place to sit. Be ready to wait a bit.

Kaleb performed a very difficult repair on my satellite phone and got it hitting on more birds than ever. Customer service is amazing here! My youngest daughter cracked her iPhone screen, so we ordered a screen replacement kit online and my husband replaced the screen himself, just as he had successfully done 3 times before with my other daughters iPhones. But this time, her sound was no longer working and neither was her home button. I didn’t know what to do and was about to just buy her a new phone, but wasn’t really too enthusiastic about dropping that much money. So, I decided to take her iPhone to them, hoping they would be able to tell me what was wrong and if it could even be fixed. I’d never been to any of the repair shops so I didn’t knowif they would even tell me anything without paying for some sort of diagnostic service, but I anticipated it. I was totally surprised by how nice and helpful the guy was! He checked it out for me and quickly knew why both the sound and home button were not working, he even fixed the sound problem for me. The home button problem was a little trickier, but he gave me his honest advice...and didn’t charge me a thing OR try to sell me on the home button replacement! I was so blown away by how helpful and honest he was! Thank you!

They were great. I popped in to have a battery replaced in my smart watch. They took it in immediately and completrd tge jon in a matter of minutes.I highly recommend these folks and will definately come back.

I brought my Pixel 3 in to have its battery changed. Originally I had planned to do it myself, but they are not easy phones to open, so I brought it here. I brought in the battery myself and they quoted me 25$ for labor. Seemed fair for the hassle of opening the phone without breaking it. At first they broke the fingerprint sensor opening the phone. What luck though, when I was planning to do it myself I had ordered one with the battery. I was happy itd go to use. The part didnt work and they told me to send it back and get a new one. Weird considering they were the ones who broke it, but okay. Did that and the fingerprint sensor works. Cool. Oh wait, now the microphone doesnt work. To be fair they bought the part and replaced it all for free. Went there, checked everything and it seemed to work, except at home now I noticed the cameras would only work for a short amount of time and then shut off, only working again when I restarted the phone, and only for a short amount of time. This phones main feature is its camera. I brought the phone back in and they seemed a bit upset I was back, obviously, but took the phone and tried to figure it out. I called a week later and they said it was fixed. Went back there and the camera still had the same issue. They then said it was Software even though this phone has the same software versions as when I brought it in working. I updated the phone, the problem still existed, and they took it again. A month later and 25 dollars less I have a non-working phone. Now I know they put a lot of effort into it, and I appreciate the attempts. I know nothing always goes according to plan, which is why its 2 stars, but when it comes down to it, I paid them 25 dollars to replace a battery and break my phone. They seem great for apple phones, maybe reconsider for android phones...

Super bummed! I’ve loved this place for years, but this time I took my and my son’s phone in to get the back casing replaced, and when he went to pick it up, the screen had lines all down it. It wasn’t like that when we dropped it off (my son was texting when I took it to drop it off), yet the guy in the shop insisted it was.

The battery on my phone was dying, not holding charge for more than half a day.I took my phone in, the friendly attendant looked it over. I was given a quote of under 100$, they found a coupon...I payed 80$ and change. My phone now has ba new battery (battery ordered and installed in under 4 days, only dropped my phone off for about an hour to have them perform the battery switch out)a operates at full capacity.Happy with my interaction, happy with the service and the price. Would recommend this place to anyone trying to avoid a 1000$ price tag of a new phone.

Took my mothers phone in after water damage- Tyler was so pleasant and helpful. He made several attempts to rescue the phone. Unfortunately it was beyond saving, but his demeanor and efforts were very much appreciated.
