Ive dealt with this location since 2013 and never had any issues until the last couple of months. The new management and associates are rude and incompetent, lacking in any customer service skills. I utilized this service because it is quicker and easier than the bank but I would rather spend my time and money somewhere Im treated with respect.

Sun Loan Company has been the one loan company that I can say I have always been able to count on. As a teacher, there is a constant struggle to pay bills and pay for materials to keep my classroom a place my students can call their home away from home. I have been a teacher In Missouri for ten years and have always had to spend my own money to get supplies and books for my classroom. Every time things look like they are going to be unmanageable I have been able to call Charlene, Tina, or Kim at Sun Loan and they’ve gone the extra mile to help me get thru the rough times. This year, they even donated school supplies to my students, who for many wouldn’t have had anything to start the school year out with otherwise. I’ve tried a lot of loan companies but have settled on Sun Loan as the only company I’ll do business with. They truly care about people and want to help. It shows in the way they communicate with their clients and put 100 percent into making sure you leave with a smile. Sun Loan provides the best Customer service and will always be my first choice.
