I have had an issue for quite awhile with a leak from my chimney which would lead to water coming through my foyer ceiling when it rained fairly hard. I had it patched 4 times but eventually part of patch would wear away. I wanted a permanent solution! So when I read the great experiences, plus looked at pics of past work it most really seemed like a good fit. Called and came over the same day(in the rain) to take pics of affected area. Loved that since I had never been up on my roof. I am on a budget so we went through possible options cost wise. I even added a few extra fixes within my budget. No hard sell. He is very knowledgeable about newest products and techniques and patient enough to explain them in detail to the roof dummies such as myself. Personable guy who kept in daily communication with me. While completing the job, he even threw in some extra fixes for nothing, Emailed me both the before and after repair pics. Great! I can highly recommend him. In fact, have another project in the works with him. I highly recommend Shawn O every time.

Most recently, I used this company for the first time and the workers re-did the roof of my home. It was a really big job, and I thought that the employees were very professional. I appreciate that they cleaned up after the job was done. I worked with the owner and he answered all of my questions, comments, and concerns. I would be more than happy to do business with them in the future. I appreciate that the owner always got back to me. He was honest and upfront about the work.

I called Armor Roofing based on the reviews that frequently mentioned Shawn, knowing there would be a specific guy to deal with. To my surprise, I got through to someone immediately and it was Sean! He was able to discuss the concerns I had regarding the roof decking, ventilation issues I had in my attic and even looked up my house on google maps, very accurately estimating the size of the roof. He agreed to come do a formal estimate the following day. He arrived on time, answered all my questions and didnt rush at all. The day after, I was emailed the most detailed quote I received and decided to proceed. About a few days later I was scheduled to have the job start. It was a pretty massive job and everybody was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Detailed, honest, and professional service was provided. I was pretty happy with their overall work and they also made sure that they cleaned the premises before leaving. Good work by Shawn, and the team!

As a single female it is scary talking to contractors. I’ve been taken advantage of before by other types of contractors. I had 4 roofing companies come out and give me estimates. Shawn and Patrick were incredible and made my choice clear. I was ready to pay them in full for a new roof. I had my insurance claim adjuster stop by just in case any of this was covered. Shawn helped me talk to my insurance guy and showed me all the hail damage all over my house. Thanks to his wisdom and help the insurance company is paying for much of what I needed. After purchasing a new home, we observed water damage on the ceiling... meaning a leaky roof! After being stood up by one company, another company came, but didnt even go up on the roof as they didnt have a 40 ladder on hand, and insisted they could quote me a solution regardless. I then called Armor Roofing and scheduled an appointment, making sure to tell them that a 40 ladder was necessary. Shawn and Patrick came out the very next day (15 minutes ahead of schedule), he was able to get a crew out with a ladder a few hours later to diagnose the problem (resulting from a design flaw), and subsequently gave me two options to fix.... A+ for customer service.After the crew started work (they arrived early too!), they discovered the problem was much more significant than expected and required a lot more work (and of course $$$) to fix. Shawn and his crew thoroughly documented all their work including pictures throughout the process.The crew finished the job with quality workmanship and on schedule, then cleaned up, and left me with a meaningful wallet and a roof I can trust for years.Long story short - when you need roof repair, call Armor Roofing and ask for Shawn!

I am the very pleased recipient of a roof recently installed by Armor Roofing. From beginning to end every aspect of their work was very impressive. They took great effort to safeguard the shrubbery and other property near the home during the tear-off process. They were extremely meticulous with the needed replacement of bad wood and the installation of the underlayment and new shingles. Through each of these steps, it appeared measures were taken to exceed or meet all of the current building code requirements. Upon completion, their clean-up was so complete as to make it appear they had never been here. The materials they suggested using compared very favorably by Consumer Reports to the products suggested on the other estimates I obtained and their rating by the Missouri Better Business Bureau is very good. Their representatives were very courteous and professional in all of their dealings with me. Their pricing was very competitive and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.”
