I cant say enough good things about this business. They cleaned and did minor alterations to my wedding dress. After picking my dress up and accidently dragging throuh tne grass, they cleaned it again and was ready for the big day. Live 30 munutes from them but I will go no where else!

Ive been going here for years. Everyone here is very nice and professional. Theyre very upfront and honest with you on what they feel they can do, (if they can get a stain out or not). If something doesnt come out theyll run it through three or four times doing their best. Very reasonable prices. Im very happy with theyre service. I get all of my delicates dry cleaned here.

Jim, the owner of the store came to personally help me meet my needs. They made me feel like a celebrity. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for attire cleaning/alterations. 10/10.

Fair, honest and helpful. Have done great work on a family tablecloth and told me how to clean something myself instead of spending a large amount to have it cleaned. I highly recommend.

I’ve used several different dry cleaners around the northern Kentucky area but have never had such consistently great service at the others as I have with Independence dry cleaners. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful and the turn around time on my items is always very quick. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Amazing service every time! So polite and thoughtful! We use them weekly with my husbands suits, but they topped it with so much effort to get our daughters 1st communion dress ready - fitting and pressing!
