I have nothing but good things to say! They were professional and timely. Especially considering work was done during Covid, when seems every homeowner was doing improvements of all kinds. I spoke with several contractors from landscaping to windows and they were all booked out for months! So when water damage occured in my home, I was amazed, and quite pleased, First Onsite responded so quickly. Special thanks to Project Manager, Dan Lorhan. He was wonderful at keeping in touch with me on work progression, as well as giving me ideas and ways of stretching my dollars to get the most affordable outcome. I have a family member that had a tree fall into her house in May, destroying her home. It’s now October and she’s still living in a destroyed home. Every time it rains it rains inside her house. I’m completely blown away by the lack of care, professionalism, and decency to complete a job her insurance company is paying these idiots to do. They’ve done NOTHING in 6 months!!! Stay away from these petty people!!!
Ive never left a review before but this is a big deal! Im not picky or hard to get along with. IF could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would!!! Ive chased this company around since May! Took them forever just to remove the tree that fell on my house. Charged my insurance a crazy amount(almost 10,000) just to remove a tree! Then I had to sign a separate contract to do the roof repair. The guy I was working with either quit or was fired. Suddenly the number I was quoted changed. I contacted my insurance and asked them to check into it. They told my insurance i told them i didnt want them to fix my roof anymore!! I had never said that!! That was the excuse for the change in cost!!? Dont trust these people!
Neighbors house caused water damage to mine. Left work early to meet with Co. rep who said they would take care of issue, spray antimicrobial, clean carpet and stretch back in place to original condition before water saturated carpets. Week later I check back, get the runaround hes talking to adjuster, will call me back, 2-3 weeks later I call again (they never return phone calls) and finally said I had to go back thru insurance company or file a claim with my insurance company. Wouldnt give me the name of the adjuster. Why cant companies just do the right thing. Why do we always have to get lawyers involved and end up paying thousands more . Where are the business ethics. now Im on perpetual hold with USAA insurance, (said a 7 minute wait and so far its 23 minutes.
Pleasant and professional. I unfortunately spilled wine on my laptop and some research indicated that I needed to get I professionally washed due to the corrosive nature of wine. While Catco usually does large scale jobs rather than individual boards, the agreed to wash it anyway. Once washed, the technician indicated some areas did not clean up well and gave me identifying numbers on the motherboard for those areas. I had assumed that I would pay for their services whether the boards function was restored or not. The customer service desk person said that since the cleanup results indicated that the board function may not have been restored and they had no way that they could test it, they would simply return the board to me at no cost......... Gee. I thought that was very generous on their part. I have to say that being unemployed at present, I did not insist on paying. I very much appreciate the work they did for me and can only say that my experience with Catco was great.
I have very bad experience with Catco company. If I could I will put zero stars for Catco business . One day they was the storm and the tree fell on my house and damage only one room . My insurance company has contract with Catco and insurance company send Catco to fix my house. Catco took 5 months to fix only one room .Catco replace carpet, did ceiling paint the walls replace gutters and did the roof. I cant believe it took them 5 months. My deductible only 2500 and I paid Catco to start working on my house. My insurance company also send 2 checks for Catco. When Catco company was done with my house they have to send final bill to my insurance company and they didnt. Catco company keep harassing me I owe them money . Catco keep sending bills to my house and saying theyre going to put a lien on my house if I dont pay them. In the future I will never will do business with Catco company again in my life .They do very bad job and theyre very rude . Catco company has very bad customer service. I hope this review is helpful.
