We are very pleased with the results of the paint. Saved us from having to retile and it could be done in one day. I just wish they would have told me to take out everything from the bathroom when they were doing the work. My mirror, countertop and pictures frames still have a slight grittiness that I think will eventually come off, but slightly inconvenient.

Going in to this project I was incredibly skeptical and nervous. MM was referred to me by someone who had never used their services and I couldn’t find any pictures of anyone who had restored a jetted tub. Making the decision to refinish vs replace my late 80’s model cultured marble jetted tub was nerve wrecking to say the least! Now that it’s all said and done, I’m glad I decided to go the restore route. Purchasing a good quality jetted tub these days will cost you a pretty penny if you want any material besides that plastic fiberglass they have in stores these days. For a little less than one of those plastic tubs we had our pink tub turned bright white and it looks amazing! The process did take nearly all day but the technician Tim, did a great job communicating and keeping me informed on the process. Sneaking to see the transformation was awesome, if you’re in to that sort of restoration stuff like me. I would definitely recommend this product/company to anyone looking to bring back to life something that is aged but still in great condition. Prayerfully it holds up as guaranteed, I’ll share future upkeep in a few months!

Great customer service and quality work from beginning to end! We had a few companies come out and bid some fiberglass repairs on our tub and shower. Miracle Method had the most favorable bid, but beyond that their salesman (Caleb) was the most friendly and courteous rep I had interacted with. We called Miracle Method after getting a quote from another remodeling group of over $10,000 for one bathroom. Their entire staff was friendly and very easy to work with. We love our finished product! They refinished two of our bathrooms for less than half of what we were quoted for a full remodel of one bathroom.

We had bathroom wall tile and counter top sprayed 15+ years ago. No problems with it at all. It still looks great. We replaced the sink and broke a tile. We replaced the tile. They just did the counter for us in a lighter color. Looks great again. Helpful and did a nice job.

I had my bathroom remodeled and the contractor painted my bathtub which had to “cure” for 3 days and ended up peeling within less than a week of being cured. Soon, all the paint was peeling off. So I decided to do some research and I found Miracle Method and I’m so glad I did!Mike and his assistant were extremely professional, on time, respectful and the tub was finished and ready to use in 48 hours. It only took that long because of some caulking they used on my shower door.The bathtub is a nice, big old bathtub and it’s probably never looked so good, even when it was brand new 70 years ago. The non-slip bottom of the tub is amazing, you don’t need a bath mat. I would recommend Miracle Method to anyone!

Great guys, completed a lovely tile refinishing project in my small bathroom. Only issue was after they were done I had a sudden clog in a drain and there was paint all over parts of the shower hardware, paint from the walls was taken off from the tape, etc.. This made for a frustrating experience with snaking the drains, having to replace hardware.... oh well. Looks great and I am super excited for the protection against water damage. They did a great job with filling spots of tile that had broken off. Looks great!

I wanted to remodel a bathroom and couldnt afford to replace tub/surround and counter top. I had heard about a refinishing process, so I contacted Miracle Method. Everything about the process was great. The salesman that came out was very nice. He took a few measurements and I had my quote in minutes. Very reasonable price. While helping a friend with his bathroom remodel I knocked a tool off and put a dime size chip in the brand new porcelain tub right in middle of the tub top. Made a visit to the shop and set up appointment to have the tub repaired which happened the very next day. My friends were very happy with how the tub turned out. Exact words from them was, “Can’t even see where it was”. If you want it done right, call this place.

We used them 5 hrs ago for our bathroom shower and It was very well done. Had them come back this year to do countertops and vanity and shower. Was not as good as last time. a little disappointed in the look of it. Every piece had a different finish. Some shiny, some more matte -look, some smooth some more rough. Left a mess in the bathroom. Some Overspray on walls and floors I had to clean up and touch up with paint. I am liking it better each day after I got over the frustration of the mess. I t was very reasonably priced and improved the looks of everything. Caleb was great to work with!

The technician that did the work at my home kept me informed of what he was doing. He had me inspect the work at various times throughout the process, including making sure I approved of the color matching process.I got multiple estimates from different companies. Miracle Method was not the cheapest (they were $50 more than the lowest bid). However, they provided the most detail in how the process worked and the warranty process. We are pleased with the result.

We had our bathtub refinished. It was a good experience, from setting up the initial in-home consult with Caleb, scheduling the actual appointment (within 1 week’s time), and then the actual job. All of the employees were friendly, competent and professional. The owner was here when they applied the final product to ensure that it was done correctly. My 67-yr-old tub looks as good as new! I recommend the non-slip finish too. It definitely makes a difference and it’s still gentle enough for my 2yo to sit on during baths.

The tub looks amazing.We are doing some remodeling and the tub was refinished in the midst of all sort of other things going on. We did call them back because of an issue with the bumpy feel on parts of the tub.They were super resonsive and got back to us quickly. Tub is very smooth now.Thank you!

Shower pan issues:The final product looks great and the cracked was fixed. Miscommunication on what was included in the purchase.In the initial consultation, the rep said foam support would be placed under the entire pan to strengthen the pan and prevent movement. This is part of the reason we decided to pay more and go with MM with the job. They only placed foam support under the repaired crack. Movement and flex in the pan was not resolved.Through emails, MM apologized for miscommunication but assured me that the job was completed to MM standards. Despite the fact we were told something different in the consultation.The movement and flex in the pan is not the end of the world, but disappointing given what we were told, what was listed in the itemized invoice, and what we paid. Just simply some miscommunication.The estimator, service technician, and the customer service rep all seemed to be fine people.

The only negative I can point to was that the technicians arrived fairly late in the morning the first day due to a personal phone issue, they communicated that early so I knew it was happening, but it still caused a later arrival which resulted in them finishing later than expected day one. Otherwise, excellent service and job well done.

There were some positive and some to be desired aspects to my experience with Miracle Method. Caleb (salesman) and Juan (shower door installer) were positives.The shower came out OK. It solved the problem with the old, discolored grout and shower pan. However, the product is not quite what I expected, particularly on the vanity countertop; there is a texture to the finish and although there is no such thing as perfect, as we looked closer at the finish, we have noticed some imperfections. My wife keeps saying, it is better than before. I do not think I would have the vanity done again using this method.I will reserve recommending this product until I see how it holds up under normal use.

Consultation and scheduling service was easy and met my needs. Color options were nice. Professional sales associates. Tech who performed work was polite. The prep work on my end to prepare the space and the cleanup I had after was more than I anticipated, so be prepared for additional work! It took me 30 minutes just to get all the tape off of the fixtures in my bathroom shower (but I appreciate that the tech protected the fixtures so well). 4 stars - the final product wasn’t quite the glossy white I expected it to be; there was a bit of a texture. It still looks really good. Prior holes that were supposed to be filled are still noticeable. There are also several areas where the paint looks slightly inconsistent and a couple of bubbles. It’s in my shower, so it’s not a giant issue. Overall, I’m happy with the end product and I know it will protect my shower tile for years.7/17/19 - UPDATE - the company reached out to me to set an appointment to correct issues reported. Tech was able to come out within a week, which was great. Issues were fixed (mostly - some were a defect in my original tile). Excellent service!

Deceptive Sells, Shoddy work. Dont trust these people at ALL. The Tech sprayed uneven finish and the texture is rougher than rhino skin. The company Damaged personal property. Overspray on my new toilet, Mirror, bathroom tile, also used corrosive chemicals on my drain. The owner refuses to take responsibly for the work done and refuses to make it right. Youre better off and will have better results getting a DIY kit.Also the tech was unprofessional, showed up late every day. Wasted time doing the work. I would never trust this company.

Turned out great! Much easier than ripping out the whole countertop and replacing. Not all that expensive either.

Refinished myself twice before using the kits, which did not hold-up. Tech had to strip old finish first. Application looks good. Hope it holds up like they said.

I could not be more pleased with the results of my repainted tub. They were recommended to me by my son who had seen their work. Had a master bathroom counter and the counter in a half bath refinished by MM, today. All was well until the technician pulled the plastic he had taped up in the half bath. The tape ripped off many patches from the wallpaper. It can not be repaired! Not sure what I can do other than completely remove the wallpaper. I have used painter’s tape on this very wallpaper (when staining the woodwork)and never experienced a problem. Either the tech was not properly trained, or used the wrong kind of tape. I am very disappointed with this company who offered nothing to make up for ruining my wallpaper. I would be very careful about having work done by Miracle Method of KC!

Refinished very badly damaged bathroom counter top.

This is an update to my earlier review which shared a very poor experience with multiple failed finishes and broken promises. Shortly after submitting my complaint I was contacted by the Miracle Method appraiser and then the local owner asking if they could get another chance to make things right. I ended up receiving the partial refund I was promised and the owner personally came out and looked over the job. He agreed that the finish was not acceptable and went ahead and fixed it himself. We now have a tub and tile surround that looks great and I am confident will last for years to come.

My original counters were very old and the seams were showing badly. I wanted to do something but couldnt afford or want what is shown in stores but the man who does repair work for us recommended Miracle Method so I gave them a call. From the salesperson to the tech who did the work I was so pleased and I now have beautiful counter tops and you can no longer see where the seams were and the cost was very affordable.

Refinished bathtub. Looks fantastic!!

I knew it was time to get a tub I could walk into, yet still enjoy a nice bath when I wished. I took my time researching the various tub and bath systems available. After reading some rather funky things that could happen to even the best of fit over bathtubs and the expense of some of the fit overs, not to mention the CRAZY prices out there for a total new tub and bath system, I decided to give Miracle Method a try. I am so pleased I called them! I now have a gorgeous refinished tub that is a pleasure to bathe in! I also have the Easy Step entry system that allows me to bath or shower! Wow, I never knew! Thank you Miracle Method! I used the Independence Missouri office and had an excellent rep come out to measure and fill me in on everything. Very shortly thereafter I had a great installer come and set me up with my new tub finish and Easy Step. From start to finish, I must say I am most pleased! Honestly people, you must check out what this company can do for you!

My kitchen counters turned out very nice. However, we were disappointed with the process to get to that point. This was a 2 day job. Both days they were late to our house, one person left to take care of a personal matter and did not return for an 1 1/2 hrs. Then returned and was on his phone a substantial amount of time. Next day another person came and the person from the previous day finally arrived to spray. There was no concern for our time. I understand they were shorthanded but we were greatly inconvenienced.

Love, Love. LOVE how my counters turned out! Even 4 years later, I still LOVE them!! The installer was very thorough in covering everything in my kitchen and living room, he was on time, cleaned up after himself beautifully and I couldnt ask for better looking counters unless I replaced them. This was much easier on the budget then replacing my counters! The whole process was great. Thank you!

Our bathroom looks fantastic! Miracle Method reglazed the tile walls and tile floor. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Shower tub was stained and pitted from hard water and just nasty to look at. I was concerned that the deep pits might go all the way through the pan which would mean water on the ceiling below.Miracle Method was able to fill all of the holes and put on a new finish including a slip resistant finish. It looks great and I am very happy with the look of the shower stall.

Im very pleased with the refinish job Miracle Method performed on my tub, particularly with the repair of rust on either side of the overflow trim plate. After the rust was ground out there were two gaping holes in the tub that are now completely invisible following the fiberglass patch repair. The non-slip surface I chose for the bottom of the tub also works very well. (Thanks, Dan!)

Quality of job was great after second technician came out and polished the countertop which totally changed the appearance and feel. I had some trouble with communication via emails and phone calls. With my schedule of availability and some difficulty getting ahold of someone, the project got stretched out over a longer time than I preferred but all it really meant was waiting for the final polishing once I was cleared to place the new faucets.The price was great and other than the final polish the process was done in one day and we could have used it after 48 hours!I contacted the owner and he worked hard to make things fair for us and we were able to work out the communication issues to my satisfaction. So, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have this process done to update their countertops for a fair price and quickly.

Our basement shower was 6 years old and in need of the tile grout cleaned and resealed. In researching Angies List, Miracle Method was contacted, and a description of services and cost estimate received by them. They were able to start within a few days. They arrived on time, performed the work in the time frame promised, and left the area clean when finished. The work and sealant left the shower looking better than new! We were very pleased with the work, and the cost was a fraction of having the shower remodeled. This was the perfect transaction. I highly recommend this service and this contractor.

We brought them a clawfoot bathtub that had apparently been out in a yard for quite some time. Leaves and other debris had discolored the tub. We found Miracle Method online, and made arrangements to have our tub finished. It is now a beautiful, crisply clean white on the inside, with some slip-proof texturing on the bottom surface. The outside has been painted a very light gray at our request. We are so pleased with the results, and anxious to remodel our bathroom so that we can start using it!

After a 6 week total bathroom renovation it was time to choose someone to refinish my cast iron tub.... so many to choose from... after my first conversation with the office... meeting the individual for the estimate, meeting the well trained technician and finally conversing with the owner I could not be happiuer... the transformation was outstanding... the entire experience was worth more than 5 stars... wish there were a higher way to rate Miracle Method including their entire staff

Mike did a great job!Although I did read the information given to me after the first job by Evan, I was surprised to learn that bleach priducts cannot be used and hair dye can stain finish. Customers should be made aware this at the beginning of the job not the end.

I have been using Miracle Method for years at my apartment complex. I have them refinish our bathtubs. The tubs that were done years ago are still in great shape. I have tried a couple other companies and the finish didnt last as long. If I ever have a question about something they take the time to answer my questions with a great attitude.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they sent me an incorrect invoice and when I asked for a correction they threatened to peel of the tub finish if I didn’t approve it. They had not included the caulking, buffing etc on the charges which is critical to getting security deposits held for the full service. The technician was rude and the office as well. This company doesn’t provide appropriate customer service. Their excuse was “we have been screwed over in the past and our protecting ourselves” that is absolutely inexcusable.
