If you recall my last moments here after the pandemic hit werent exactly pleasant!Let me just tell you now that our store is right back at its pre- pandemic greatness!!! The staff here are always friendly and professional. Every hair cut Ive gotten here I have loved. Ive had my hair dyed several times as well and it turned out perfectly. My son loves getting his hair cut here now as well. Always a good experience. Highly recommend.

I’m very particular about letting just anyone cut my hair and the stylist here are AMAZING! Especially Kim. They all make sure the cut I’m wanting, they are conversational and on days I’m not chatty, they respect that. Clean place. Great prices. I always recommend this SmartStyle, definitely worth the drive out of town to get it done right!

I went to my scheduled appt that I made 4 days ago and called to verify yesterday. They said today that they dont take online appt before 1230 but they just verified yesterday afternoon on the phone when I called to make sure. It looked they took walk ons over someone that was trying to pay for a pamper me package.

The beautician did a great job trimming my hair plus waxing me eyebrows. I definitely will try to schedule with her again next time. She was friendly and very confident on what she was doing, thinning and layering my hair.

The first time I went, I came out with my face painted since the dye they put on me ran and they didnt even try to remove it and the second and last time they had no water, which made it impossible to change my hair color.

Tried to call 3 times, 3rd time someone picked up the phone and hung it up. Booked an appointment and it was canceled an hour later. Fortunately I found dixons barber shop and it was amazing.

Ashley cut my hair today and did an absolutely amazing job. I did hair for years before moving to Kansas and haven’t let anyone touch it out of fear but she cut my hair exactly how I would have done it. Very pleased, will definitely be back!

They did an amazing job wyatt had me and two other people out of there in 30 min and our hair looked better than ever if you ever want a haircut here ask for wyatt he did the best job that Ive seen in a while.

I asked for a fade, and I was not given one which was kind of disappointed since the last time I went I got a great haircut. I received a straight 1.5 side cut today and I was not given a walk around with a mirror or I would’ve realized it was not a fade. I would still recommend the salon but be VERY specific especially since there is no type of notes system like great clips has. :/

I got a haircut, color and a lot of products for a little over a hundred. I love it. Ashley is definitively the best over there.

Set an appt for 6:30-6:40 bc she said she was finishing up another persons hair and we came 4 minutes late and got told she wouldnt have time. Why set an appt then take another. You should have stayed a little late to cut my sons hair! Granted we were late 4 minutes, now my boy wont have his hair cut for his very first day of school ever!

Ive been in here several times for a haircut and got Kim every time. Her cuts are by far the worst Ive ever had. she will leave sections of hair completely untouched its very annoying when you have to get another haircut just to fix this butchering

My husband received a haircut from Kim, Im very picky and she did an excellent job! The place was clean despite how busy they were. We will definitely be returning!

Unsanitary! Hair should be cleaned up after every haircut and never allowed to gather around the register and surrounding work areas. Haircut was very rushed and basic services were not performed. I knew better. Ill find a barber next time.

Kim cuts my hair everytime i go here, i look like a goddamn model, you know the sounds Jesus would make if he walked into a room? That sound happens to me every room i walk into! People wont stop chasing me down to take pictures, its more of a hastle than anything, honsetly they give too good of hair cuts, thats my only complaint.

Kim is the only person anywhere that I will trust to trim my beard.
