Scheduled a haircut 5 hours in advance just to wait 30 minutes for two walk-ins to get their hair cut during my appointed time, I left as I had dogs waiting at home. Appointments are not important here I guess. Went back a week later and the same thing happened again. Dont schedule appointments, or do and show up 30 min later and you might get a haircut. I have spent roughly an hour or so in the store, for two different appointments and have yet to get a haircut.

I usually get decent, not great, but decent service. Most of the time the stylist are borderline rude on the phone. And there is never more than three employees in the building, so good luck getting in.

2 haircuts. 1 was not done well with a Knick in the skin. Was told shampoo and wash was included in the haircut. I checked price board before services. 2 haircuts at 13 each is 26 but when checking out was told price was 38. wont be back.

Gal was rude .. it had two people in there getting a haircut. And told me to come back another day for a childs buzz cut

LaDonna (might have misspelled) is a magic worker. Ive never looked better! She will spend the time it takes to let you look 10X better then when you cane in. 5 out of 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for customer service for the whole squad!

Charged 34 dollars for a fade that took the inexperienced stylist a whole hour to complete. Whole time I swear she thought she was skinning a Buffalo…. Never going back

Worst place to go. Nobody in the building and I still had to wait 10 minutes for a person to come out... Ladonna said I had to wear a mask while in the chair for a haircut and beard trim....... And she cant use a razor to give me a skin fade. And she insulated me by saying I know nothing about cosmetology when asking why I need to wear a mask while youre trimming my beard. Lost my business permanently.

Not only was the woman at the desk rude to my father, but the vibe was very unwelcoming with the glares of everyone in the building. We were unaware that we had to make an appointment, so we tried to make one and the woman said in a rude tone that it would be 30 min. We told her nevermind and left. We then called 5 min later and the same woman said she could fit us in, in 10 min. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s appalling how the employees treat there customers here.

Zoe was awesome. I have a full beard and it was getting scraggly. She did a wonderful job at making it look clean again. Very professional and she knew what I was wanting and did an excellent job. I will definitely be back.

Zoe was awesome. It was my first time visiting but definitely wont be my last. Ive been going to the same stylist for 10 years now but Im going to switch. All the little extras are great and the price is almost a steal for what you get.

This was my first time visiting Lady Janes.Very cool place! The tool boxes add a cool workshop feel. The lady that cut my hair (Stephanie) did a great job and was fun to talk to. The price is slightly lower than sport clips which is where Ive been going for the last few years. I was made aware of the different options/services they provide by the subtle but effective signs. Unlike sport clips I was never pressured or tricked into adding more services. After my wife saw my hair and heard about my experience, she took our 2 boys up there to get their haircut. Everyone was pleased. We will be back! Sport clips lost a whole family because of their shady practices.

We took my grandsons (ages 4 and 9) to get their hair cut and the stylist was so good with them.

Just went there an hour ago. Great prices, they treat you right. I got my beard buzzed, mustache buzzed, hair cut and styled, neck shaved and hair shampoo for only 26 dollars. Their prices on their products are cheaper than Amazon and they know what they are doing. This place means business, I would recommend it to anyone. I got Jessica while I was there and she was wonderful.

I worked with Kimberly. She was intelligent, well spoken and really listened to exactly what I wanted in my haircut, as my hair kind of grows every direction. I highly recommend this place. Made me feel right at home

Called for an appointment. Came in early and they said the stylist was almost done, just a couple more minutes. They send everyone to wait in their cars because of covid which I found acceptable and told us they would come get us. Waited another half hour and came back in to find they were still working on other people. Dont take appointments if you cant handle them and dont tell people itll just be a few if its going to take so long. Awful service.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment set for 4:15 with no preference of stylist and they still hadnt gotten to me when I left at 4:45. Never going here again and I recommend anyone who values their time not to go here either. 0/10 would not recommend. Extremely unprofessional.

They got me right in and did the haircut. More importantly made sure that my haircut was clean, and right. The lady that did my cut was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted. I definitely will fo back there for sure
