Coleman is polite and I appreciated his advice. I was lucky to not need his services after a few things fell into place for me. That being said, the front office is not respectful of other people’s privacy in a way that rubbed me wrong before my appointment and after. I’m sitting in the lobby and she’s calling people and leaving voicemails using first and last names talking about their bankruptcy or their divorce in front of me. People came into the lobby and gave their name and still she’s announcing “oh yeah, the bankruptcy appointment” and “oh yes you’re here to meet with so and so on your divorce”. None of it was my business. None of it. I shouldn’t know the first and last name of other clients. I shouldn’t know their name and whether they’re in a divorce or bankruptcy. This is delicate information that isn’t being handled with any kind of respect. When I got a voicemail inquiring about whether I was still interested I cringed. It’s unprofessional.

Very happy with the services, and they provide a quick turnaround! Aaron was very patient with my aging father-in-law, took time to explain things, but was quick to get final paperwork completed while my father-in-law was still in town for doctors visits, eliminating a six-hour round trip drive.
