I definitely try not to leave reviews when emotions are high. Go back in September I faced very Trumatic experience of waking up to find my vehicle being stolen from my driveway. Well State Farm was fast to get me into a rental car I experienced many Road blocks along the way between getting the vehicle recovered into the shop and back into my hands. I have missed a total of six workdays due to not having a vehicle. I haven’t had to fight banking companies to retrieve the fraudulent theft of my funds. I have had to fight rental car companies who left me out in the cold taking the vehicles that I was driving claiming my insurance company had not paid the bill. And now to find out my vehicle still will not be completed and back in my hands and I will be missing more work. When I called to speak to my agent they said let me get you through to her hold on. I only get back on the phone and tell me that she wasn’t in the office and I could send her an email. I feel as thoughI have been discarded and ignored and left in the dirt during one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. We pay thousands of dollars in insurance premiums to feel protected in the event of such tragedies. I do not feel that the state farm office has had my back nor has the company as a whole protected my assets either. Other than us experience this office has been nothing but helpful and kind. But the most devastating event I’ve ever been through I just don’t feel as though I mattered.please don’t publicly try to make me out to blame. i have been in contact with cable dahmer. enterprise etc. even my adjuster to for you to state i’ve not been in contact to make your office appear diligent is wrong.My husband and I have both spoke to you producer paris and alex and no you have not attempted to make contact. i understand your business need to rectify a situation but your going at it wrong. AGAIN, once i finally received my vehicle two months later there is still damage and issues. i’ve spoke and emailed with my adjuster and cable dahmer! this is still the worst experience one could expect during a traumatic time.

I love State farm. This is the office where I go. Love these people in this office give them a call Im sure they can find you a policy that fits your needs. And they have really cheap apartment insurace!!!!

Ive had Stacey and her wonderful staff for 15+ years. Every situation Id have was taken in a very professional manner. I always would recommend my agent when someone was inquiring for an insurance agent whether or not they choose her that was up to them but i feel comfortable with Stacey and her staff.

Zero stars. They didnt tell me my insurance lasped and still took my money. Then finally told me two months later so now my Insure is double because of them literally

If you need renters insurance or any kind of insurance this is a good place to go to Friendly staff there and if you need renters insurance theyre the cheapest around I only pay like $20 a month for renters insurance
