Red Carpet Service did an awesome job cleaning my carpets and the upholstery on my couch! I highly recommend them.

Count on their loud generators to disrupt your neighborhood for hours and hours during inappropriate times of the night. And when asked to be respectful of the neighborhood, they were very rude. Would not recommend.

I hired RCC to clean the upholstery in my RV. I assumed they were going to show up with a steam cleaning machine. The man showed up with a bucket of water and a brush. I decided to let him do his thing. I assumed he would provide results. He did not. My RVs upholsterys condition did not change. I bought it used from a smoker, and it looks terrible. Make sure you ask lots of questions.

Very nice people jobs were done well. My only issue was they did not move any furniture, night stands, tables only what I moved out on my own. I didn’t ask if this was additional charge, it was not mentioned in original call when booking. I just assumed from previous experience they move and put furniture caps on floor under large furniture. So I take responsibility for not asking more questions. I loved what they use no after film. They also cleaned my duct and uncovered two issues I had I didn’t know about. They temporarily fixed one problem, other was out if their expertise. Hard to look in your vents and see how clean they are but I can tell it made a difference by the sound of my furnace running, somethings changed and my air filtering fan hasn’t gone off. I will use them in future just be a little more clear on furniture to clean under. Job well done!

We have tile floor throughout our upstairs, our dogs bring in TONS of mud from the back yard, and the tile was so dirty. Scott from RCS came and cleaned them and they look brand new! Im in love with the tile all over again. Our carpets are spotless as well! If you need your floors cleaned Red Carpet Service is where its at!
