Amazing Service!The whole staff at LL Flooring in Idaho Falls are great! They took care of us on every level of our job from the Manager (who is awesome) down to the warehouse worker who helped load us up. We had a bunch of questions and a few additional changes to make during the whole installation process and every visit to the store we were met with professionalism and quality help that exceeded our expectations! Would recommend LL Flooring to anyone who is looking for Quality and value with an awesome team to help you through the process.

The local store has been amazing to work with. I ordered all my supplies online and when it arrived the 1/4 round and t molding were bent and or snapped in 1/2. The local store did an amazing job working with me to resolve the issues. It was worth the extra cost to buy from them in exchange for the amazing customer service.

I strongly advise you to look somewhere else other than Lumber Liquidators. Their warranties are worthless because of the specified need to maintain the floor. Locate a local flooring company that will be around to help with any concerns in the future. My specific problem is that some cheap Chinese flooring that involved a class action lawsuit is not covered under the warranty because of the need to maintain the floor in a way that is not possible for most people. You get what you pay for.

Like there help. They know flooring. Big chain stores dont have flooring sales staff available.

VERY helpful people! We had all our questions answered and purchased our flooring and radiant heat for our kitchen remodel.

Product was fine, after sales experience sucked. I was shipped a moulding short. Was told that they checked their inventory and it was on, so I was out of luck. Had to repurchase something I had already bought to complete my project.

We bought windsor oak flooring and within a short time planks began separating exposing cracks between planks. We contacted corporation and first it was blamed on installor and then humidity in our home. I will never do business again with lumber liquidators nor would I recommend them to anyone as their flooring is a waste of hard earned money. This from a senior citizen who saved money for this home improvement and now am faced with ripping it up and hauling to dumps nervermind dealing with another added expense to a fixed income. Feb 2019 floor is lifting up now. Please dont make the same mistake we did by buying flooring from them!
