The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with the slide show they made for us for a service for my partner.

Their transferred DVDs of family films/video will not digitize to m4v or mp4. Several conversion programs say the discs are corrupted at various sectors, including most of those I have never played.Obviously they did something completely wrong as other vendor DVD discs I’ve digitized work perfectly, but so far, NONE done by Video Master.

They did a great job transferring my 30+ year old vhs tapes. I can easily recommend their company.

Quality friendly service

We contracted Video Master for our wedding. They were great to deal with, and the video is good for the price that we paid.Cons: They took over 5 months to get our video finished, and we had to contact them multiple times to remind them that we wanted out video finished. We had originally been told that they would have the video done within 45 days, but it took over 5 months. We also wanted more copies (30 total copies), but were told that it would be $30 for every copy. Our video comes in a set of 3 dvds, so each dvd is $10.Pros: They were nice, and professional while at our wedding. The price was reasonable, but we also knew we wouldnt be getting an extremely high quality video.

They helped me save all my videos & pictures in an easy way. Not all of us know how to do that, so Im grateful they could help me.
