Had a bad driver side window. Had to get it fixed before storms came in. Everyone stated 2 to 3 weeks. Majestic said bring it in and had it fixed by next day! Awsome people, awesome work. Thank you Majestic.

I really appreciated the customer service and I felt like they took the time to explain things to me. They were transparent about the pricing and when I asked some advice on certain things he told me where I could save money. I really appreciated him not trying to just rack up the bill. I would 100% recommend them!

My insurance company sent me there to have my car inspected and a estimate wrote and submitted. After multiple phone calls and dealing with the rude receptionist they kept saying it was done it was never loaded into my insurance companies system and the receptionist said that they had loaded it and that my insurance company was just leading me along. I ended up going to a different shop and within minutes of them taking pictures and writing the estimate my insurance company had received the information from the other shop. Im glad I ended up at another shop as hearing from multiple people that used majestic had to have them fix their work multiple times before they fixed it right.

I took my truck in there for repair after getting rear ended. I was fighting with the other drives insurance to get anything done. Matt Davis and the people at Majestic knocked it out of the park. They got it fixed and repaired good as new in a timely manner but they also got the insurance company moving. If I need auto-body repair work done this is my place to go.

I personally did not have to deal with the company because my insurance took care of the whole thing but everything seemed to have went perfectly smooth. They fixed up my car very nicely and even cleaned it for when I picked it up. They worked with Geico so we’ll that even when it ended up going to cost more than they thought they just call Geico and got it approved without making me have to lift a finger. They also got my car done in 4 days when they estimated it would be 2 weeks which was fantastic. This place was great to me I’d recommend.

My husband hit a pile of unseen debris causing quite a bit of damage to my pretty Suburban. Majestic made her look like new. They called me multiple times with updates on the repair progress and even worked with my insurance company when the the insurance company tried to dispute part of the damage. Their staff is friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I give them my highest recommendation.

It was a sad day, but the great folks at majestic Auto body were kind enough to take the fender and bumper off for me cuz they know I was going to fix her up myself. I had the worst experience from the very day that I dropped my vehicle off to them for repairs. The front desk staff was very rude to me when I dropped my vehicle off initially then I had multiple issues with the workmanship and cleanliness when I picked it up. My door trim was loose and flapping like the clips had been broken, the trim on the cab was not installed securely and one of two pieces flew off my vehicle when I took it through the same car wash I have been to numerous times with no problem prior to the repairs. There were runs & pocs in the paint. They repaired the runs but told me the pocs were not their fault, I must have had a rock chip in that area prior to their repairs as they only blend colors and refused to fix those. The plastic piece between my windshield and hood does not look to be installed correctly with one side looking like it has been broken off and shoved down under the hood line and the other side is poking up above my hood. My dash had waves in it when picked up which looked terrible. My vehicle was still not as clean as expected when I picked it up the second time and there were white finger & handprints on my black leather seats and there were filthy hand prints all over the glass that was installed, repair debris left inside the cab like sanding discs (?) and rivets. When I gave them a chance to make it right and they did bare minimum to resolve the issue and I have the exact same issue with the trim on the other side of my cab as this piece was obviously not originally secured and not checked when they repaired the first one and it has flown off and is now missing completely. As far as Im concerned, this was the very worst experience Ive ever had with a body shop. I wouldnt even give them a one star rating if it wasnt for their estimating staff and for the fact that they matched my existing paint color very well. Everything beyond that has been, and continues to be, both frustrating and disappointing.

Went to Majestic to get a bid on our company truck that had hail damage. Majestic asked which insurance company I was working with and I mentioned Progressive. They immediately informed me that dont do bids and that Progressive doesnt work that way. I informed them that progressive already sent an agent to look at the truck and that progressive informed me to get bids and use anyone I wanted. Majestic refused to work with me and treated me very poorly and in fact they were very rude. I will never use Majestic for any type of body work and I will never suggest anyone to use them. If they treated me the way they did, I wonder how they treat others.

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years and have never had a problem until this past winter. We took a work truck in that had some rear damage. After a few weeks they determined it would be totaled out. We let them know that we would be buying it back from the insurance company and using it as a back up work vehicle since there was nothing mechanically wrong with it. We showed up to pick the vehicle up and it was still in pieces and they refused to put it back together. (Put the bumper back on) We had to take it to another place to get it “put back together.” Even though they were happy to charge our insurance company and $40 a day for “storage”. On top of all of this the vehicle had been parked and not started in several weeks, WE had to jump the vehicle because it had just been left in the cold and never started.

$1800.00 to have my Jeep Wrangler fenders BENT back into shape and a touch up paint job.Nothing was replaced or fixed, just BENT back into shape and send it out. I WILL NEVER USEMajestic again. MAJESTIC IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Majestic has done repair and body work for me for years and have always been impressed with their can-do attitude. I recently took a 2008 Toyota Tacoma to them for some fender work. The fender was quickly ordered and painted so I could put the parts back on the vehicle. Even small problems Chad, Marc, Tammy and the rest of the team are willing to jump in and get things fixed and working for me. They also referred me to a great detail guy to remove the Idaho Pinstriping from this vehicle being used in the field. Came back looking like a new paint job!

I prepaid Majestic for minor cosmetic work on my Subaru. Not only does it look fantastic, they refunded me 100$ because it wasnt as much work as they anticipated. Excellent work and honest and friendly! Highly recommend!

The Majestic team is professional and great to work with!Over the years, they have repaired several cars for me. On my most recent repair need, Majestic did a stellar job on my 2012 Toyota Sequoia...it looks better than new!In addition, things worked out such that they were able to deliver the vehicle to me earlier than they had originally quoted. Zack was very rude. Called for a tow out of an alley downtown, waited outside for 10 minutes. Dispatcher gave the wrong address. Wait outside ten more minutes. Says hes been driving down all the alleys but i didnt see him at all. I was outside. Said he had a police call to do instead, but was very rude about the whole thing. Wouldnt recommended.

I had a number of small scratches on my truck, due to a small fender bender. Though they were very small (roughly an inch long by 1/4 inch wide), the paint had been removed enough that bare metal was showing. I took it to Majestic to get their opinion, as I was mostly worried about body rust.At first, the gal at the front desk mentioned that they didnt really do any work like that, and I was slightly turned off. But then an older gentlemen (I didnt catch his name) came out and took a look at my pickup with me.He was very helpful, and suggested going down to the Ford dealership and buying a small bottle of touch-up paint. He gave me instructions on how to apply it, but even said that if I wanted to, I could bring it back and he would do it for me at no charge.Great customer service. Though I dont have experience with them doing ACTUAL work on my vehicle, if their work is anywhere near the friendliness and confidence of this gentlemen, I would feel very comfortable bringing my truck her to have them work on.

The owner is the nicest man I’ve met. He let us take our wrecked car in on a holiday when they weren’t even open. Staff were very helpful and friendly in every way we needed.

I can honestly say the worst customer service I have run across in all my years. Customer service was totally disconnected, and their employees were disconnected from talking to each other or getting on the same page. I had to have repeated discussions about the same thing over and over since no one person could follow through or listen. After having possession of my truck for 24hrs they called me to try to change the price. Who does that? I complained loud enough that they didnt end up changing the price. Overall it was a bad experience from the little guy on up the totem pole to the manager. They also left run marks on my paint. I wont return here again. By the way, I was a full cash paying customer too. I recommend going somewhere else.

Love these guys! Honest, friendly, and fair. I cant speak for everyone, but those 3 things right there are what most of us are looking for when it comes to repair shops.

I was in Idaho Falls from out of town, and half of my bumper managed to come off. I called beforehand to make sure they were still open, and when I arrived, someone came right out, so I didnt even have to take myself or my kids into the store. They fixed it right up, and then said it was all taken care of, and didnt charge me a dime. Thank you, Majestic! I will refer you always from now on!

My car took three weeks to get out of the shop and it was just for a door replacement when I got my car it was trashed like they just made themselves at home stations were messed With my audio controls and let’s not forget my necklace that was in my center consol that shouldn’t have been even gotten into was broken and I can’t find the missing piece of it I’m super unimpressed with them and will NEVER go back they are lucky they don’t have a no star!

I recently took my pickup truck in to have the back glass replaced, cuz...of a 4 wheeler gone wild. Lol. Also, had the front replaced as well, since it needed it. I picked up my truck, literally within 24 hrs. And it looks awesome. Couldnt ask for anything more. And didnt need to go through insurance company, because the cost was lower than my deductible. Very happy man ! :)Everyone was nice and happy to help me out and get me in & out . I appreciate it. ..so a BIG thanks to everyone there. Highly recommend them.

Had my vehicle for nearly a month. Picked up my vehicle and the paint work was ok; lots of details missed. My front end was repaired, my fog lights they replaced dont work and my headlights that I was charged for were aimed like a blind person did the work.Had my vehicle in for its routine maintenance by the Nissan dealership and find out the parts they put in my vehicle were used, broken, and or very poorly constructed. If you value the safety of your family, I strongly encourage you to find a different company. I contacted the owner, Chad, and all he could say was he was sorry. We are seeking legal action.

Wishing I could rate them at a negative star. These guys had my vehicle for over a month and a half after stating it would only take 10-12 days max then each day told me just another couple days. Got my car back, and there are issues and they wont fix their mistake. The woman answering the phone at the front desk is an evil witch and has no professional skill whatsoever!!!

My experience with Majestic has been an unorthodox one but Majestic has been a class act all the way through.After an out of state freak accident that left our vehicle all but destroyed, Majestic handled our substantial repairs and returned it to us with their work guarantee. After driving the vehicle home we did find some issues that remained and needed to be addressed. Since we live out of state, returning the vehicle to Idaho Falls for more work wasnt feasible but the owner never blinked, paying for all additional work that needed to be done and covering additional rental costs that we needed as the work was handled locally.Majestic never complained, dragged their heels or did anything but provide an extremely positive experience, very wide latitude in understanding our situation and what I felt was a customer-centric focus to please us at every turn-- and all with a smile.This may sound like hyped up praise but Ive been nothing but impressed with my Majestic experience. Theyve resolutely stood behind their work and done so in a way thats been an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

After one estimate of car would be completed in two weeks, then to three more days which fell on Christmas eve, then to 5 more days the following Monday, still no car. I called them, since they did not bother calling me Monday, got recording they were closed. After telling the person on the phone my work schedule (6am-6pm) and what days I worked, they called my house leaving message with my daughter that car was ready. I was at work, i am a nurse, they close at 530. At 4pm in 7 degree weather with ice on the road i made the trip there from work in my rental car, told them i had 5 min. to pay the deductible and get back to work because I had to start an IV. No offer to deliver my car less than a mile away from my home, I had to get the key, leave my car there- go back to work in my rental, paying another day rental charge. Customer service and courtesy not here.

Asked them to quote me for repair on my car, guy hit it in parking lot and I had to basically twist the guys arm to give me a quote. Assum there getting kickbacks from progressive or something, avoid them at all cost if you use progressive. After arguing with the guy for 10 min. He finally just wrote a quote without even looking at my car....worst service ever

Had my truck towed there by the insurance company. The truck sat their for 24 days. They charged $40 a day to have it there. When asked if they could move on the parking fee they went out of there way to say no as ignorantly as possible right in front of me. I will never consider them again.

Great help! The car looks fabulous.

I was rear ended in late September and the insurance company had me go through this company. At first it was only minor things that were wrong. the cover in the back that your jack sits under was not replaced even though it was broken in the accident, the windshield wiper that was on it was destroyed and instead of putting in a new one they took the one that had been mangled and put it back on the car. They also had to replace the tail light but couldnt even put bulbs in that were working I had to replace 2 bulbs that were not working. But what really bugged me was I went to hook a trailer up to my car and the plug for my lights to my trailer was destroyed. Honestly they missed more stuff then they got right. Its a crying shame that a business can get away with crap like that it is just wrong.

There was a minor issue with my right front wheel that they took care of. Then BMW dealer did a horrible wheel alignment. Its Christmas eve and we cannot get a hold of Geico adjuster. But Zack, the mechanic, asked his boss to send my car to Bybees for alignment and pay for it. Theyre going to talk to Geico adjuater to get reimbursed for that after the Christmas holidays.Theyre GOOD people! Matt and Jessie are also amazing people at Majestic. I wish them a very good year ahead.
