Next time you are in a 35 mph speed limit zone doing 40 and are so close that it seems like you are trying to park in the back of the persons truck in front of you, dont have your name plastered all over your vehicle.Bottom line, if youre going to be a rude and obnoxious driver do it in your personal vehicle or go back to California.

After taking a pretty nasty fall in my auto detailing shop I found myself laying in a pool of blood coming from a severe “filleted” chunk of my heel. Dr. Brandon Miner has been a customer of mine for years so I knew he and his staff were the ones to call. Dr. Miner was beyond quick & knowledgable to access my injury & calm my anxiety from pain with his natural humorous caring personality. What I thought would need stitches actually ended up needing the dead skin removed. You walk in and the front office staff greet you very professional. I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes. Dr. Miner is very funny and acts like he really cares about you, he has surgically removed a couple of spots on my face. He is an amazing surgeon, you cannot even tell where he cut them out. I tell all my friends about them and recommend them for anybody that has any concerns. Just don’t get him started on a hunting story you will be there a lot longer than anticipated.

My visit to HVD was to see Cherice Pickett for some facial skin care, finally! I have been meaning to visit her for a few years now and it was so worth it. I can not recommend Dr. Sewell enough!! After many appointments and visits with other doctors in the area I was still struggling to find relief from pain caused by different skin issues. Dr. Sewell was the only one who actually took the time to look at me and help me figure out the cause of my pain and has helped my skin clear up completely!

I have been going to dr Sewell for years now. He has always been so easy to talk to and very professional. I feel he is really concerned. I had a scalp condition that my PCP had no clue and as soon as Dr Sewell saw me he was telling me I had Something something and prescribed the right medication. Then he immediately said I had something on my ear that needs looked at and scheduled surgery and it was positive. I was concerned about several other areas that he assured me were ok. I was completely unaware of the bad spot. I was sure glad I went in to see him. The guy has an amazing eye and vast knowledge and experience. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the nurse and staff are. This place is awesome.

After going to Idaho Falls Dermatology which I highly do not recommend Im having an extremely bad experience with an extremely severe doctor he gave me two black eyes and absolutely no help. I had to go to another dermatologist at High Valley dermotology to Not only was gentle and kind but was extremely patient with me because I was scared for my bad experience previously. They treated my rare scalp disorder along with and MRSA infection and extreme staph infection. We thought I was going to be bald I had already lost half my hair. With the help of Idaho Falls Dermatology I not only recovered from the infection my hair has grown back and it made me extremely happy. These are excellent doctors an excellent staff gentle kind and trustworthy I fully recommend especially if you have severe problems.

Look no further for a competent dermatology practice. In May, I underwent an unexpected skin cancer surgery on my nose, under the steady hand of Dr. Lindsay Sewell. The surgery required using the Mohs technique, in which Dr. Sewell is highly trained. Throughout my nine hours with him and his capable assistant, I experienced clear step by step instruction on each step of the procedure, honest assessment of what I could expect for the recovery process over the following year, and sincere compassion for the situation I found myself in. Post surgery, Dr. Sewell called me twice to see how I was doing and to answer any questions I might have. Rarely does a doctor do that these days. I was so pleased with that level of follow up. In addition, my surgery required scar therapy which is being performed by a medical aesthetician, Cherice Pickett, another highly trained and competent staff member at High Valley. On my most recent visit with her, my husband sat in on the appointment to learn about the laser treatment I was receiving. When we left the appointment his first comment to me was, I was so touched by the compassion she displayed toward you during the procedure. Every appointment she is that way.The entire practice has a high level of professionalism. The front desk is equipped with four engaging and efficient staff who seem to really enjoy their job, one another, and the patients. That is a rare find in this community. To top it all off, the waiting room actually has decent magazines!I am a difficult patient to please because I have very high standards for any medical treatment I receive. With that said, I can say honestly and without hesitation that High Valley Dermatology would be my first and only choice for any dermatology needs one might have. They are a busy practice, for good reason, so make your appointment in advance!

This place sucks. i do not recommend.

I cant for the life of me figure out how this place is so highly reviewed. When I walked in the office staff were joking and shooting the breeze. I stood at the desk for quite some time before being helped. In the exam room, Dr. Sewell told me he was pretty sure he could bill the exam as preventative. He then conducted a rushed exam and started a biopsy before I had a chance to think to say no. The billed exam was not preventive. The office wont work with me. This visit left me with a nasty looking scar, a bill I cant afford, and a sour taste in my mouth. I wont be returning.(Edit) High Valley Dermatology responded to my review asking me to call them to resolve these issues. I called and left a message for the office manager (Greg) asking for him to call me back. He responded by sending me a bill with additional charges. Ill be calling again tomorrow but I reiterate: stay away. Its not worth it.

Had Mohs performed on my cheek and was shocked by the size of the incision. But one week later it looks like a scratch, Dr. Sewell missed his calling as a plastic surgeon! A HIGHLY recommend.

I spent 10 minutes with Dr. Gowring telling me You dont fit in the box. After she said that she asked me what kind of medicine I wanted. My general doctor sent me there because I have Plaque Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. She wouldnt listen to me and made me feel like I was faking my symptoms to get pain meds. I have never been treated that horribly in my whole life!! I will NEVER go back to them again.

I had a good experience with the PA-C there. The only complaint I have currently is that nobody there ever answers the phone or calls back! Ive called at all different times of the day on different days, and nothing. All I want to do is pay my bill.

I was referred by community care. He cut a couple skin samplers for examination . I got a severe infection and scaring on both locations. I was charged to run blood samples to see if I could handle the medication prescribed, even though I told them that test had been run at CC two weeks ago. The cost was double what I was charged at CC. I researched the medication that was prescribed it was not not for treatment of skin. This guy is green and is still practicing. When I called to discuss all I could talk to was a office manager.

They did a biopsy but I dont they actually tested the sample. I was 8 weeks pregnant and they put me on a medicine for something I didnt even have!Two doctors later I have been diagnosed with severe plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.Worse part was I feel like they didnt even care.

I have been a patient here for years. A wonderful, caring, efficient staff; I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Called 5 different times for follow up appointment and my call was never returned. Cant give a good rating when you cant get a follow up appointment!
