I really wish I could give a negative 100 on this worthless company. Clients get abused and the company covers it up and calls staff liars. They treat thier staff like garbage and the upper management try to little work as possible so they mess with your schedule and dont pay what they owe you. constantly messing up your pay checks hoping you dont notice. They are absolutely disgusting and Tiffany can care less along as shes making money some way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst company ive ever worked for, and thats saying a lot. I never received my sign on bonus.They sign you up for classes, and give you no help taking them. They say they will train you, but its about a 95% chance your boss will be too lazy to care to train you. I was supposed to have 4 days of training, and my boss trained me for probably 30 minutes. They showed me little to nothing on how to chart, I had to figure it out myself. Staff is constantly late, and they will move you around houses and force you to work with any participant reguardless of how you feel about working at the house, along with little to no information about a participant when you go to new houses. The scheduling is a joke, participants are allowed to hit you with no punishments or any compensation for you, and the management is so bad its not even funny. They will over work you as much as they possibly can, because the managers are too lazy to work shifts themselves unless theyre completely out of people to work. They kicked me out of the house I worked at for providing feed back on a situation and said it was sent to upper management, and I went without work for a week because of it, so I quit. Terrible company.

Grand Teton is the best company to work at or go through for services because they take care of their participants and their staff we are like one big happy family

If your looking for a job that isnt about the clients and just about getting other people fired this is a great place but if you are looking for work and you apply here, heres a few things to expect, little or no help at all, if you are working a grave yard expect to be doing all the cleaning and meal prep along with many many broken things inside the house, if you put in for a house change dont expect for it to happen unless you are willing to get someone else fired if you are in need of work go somewhere else because they will destroy your life and make paying bills on time none existant or late, they will try and take money from your check and tell you it is all right and it should be on your next one, they lie and steal money from clients as well so do the world a favor and make these people go out of business so that the clients that they do have get placed in a working company that wont steal or lie

Such an amazing place to work. The staff are friendly the management are understanding and the clients are like family. I’ve seen so many bad reviews on here but if you’re friendly and a genuine honest worker you’ll love it! The management is so appropriative of our hard work and have many company parties to show their gratitude which I feel is rare. The best thing to do is just try it out for yourself. You’ll get paid from day one of training. Never hurts to give her a go.

My husband worked here and they do not treat their employees well. To get time off is near impossible, no benefits and for the type of work they do they should be getting paid way more then $10 an hour.

I absolutely love working here! I love the clients, my co-workers and especially the management team! Everyone works so hard and does so many things behind the scenes that no one is aware of. Everyone judges people by what they can see instead of what they don’t see. There’s a lot to running a company like this. They offer full benefits, that’s hard to find these days! They offer company cars! You don’t even have to bring your own food to work, you eat with the clients! No one works more than they want to! Overtime is offered!! Hey I love time and a half I won’t complain, helped me pay off my car!! It’s not easy doing this type of job or running these homes. I admire those that work here and help run these homes. There is so much you do! Even if for just one day everyone stepped into your shoes they would understand what exactly it is you do!! Best job ever!!

This is a very rewarding job! The clients are so fun to be around, they become part of your family. It’s easy to wake up and go to your job everyday when you love what you do! We have full benefits working here, not a lot of companies offer that anymore. I have worked here for almost 7 years! Before I came here I was doing home health, definitely better to work for a company that has cars so you don’t have to drive around your own all day! All paid trips to Lagoon, that happens every year for the participants as well as the employees! I can’t picture myself working anywhere else. I love my job!!

I love my job. The management is awesome to work for and are always finding ways to make the employees happy, gift cards for going the extra mile, staff partys, company cars while on shift. They are more than willing to go above and beyond to assure that you have the needed training and knowledge to perform to your best ability.

This company is good at making promises but terrible at following through! Not just for the staff but for the clients as well. They overwork their management to the point they no longer care about the staff of clients. Do not work here. The clients can beat on you and not deal with any consequences. You cannot defend yourself in anyway from an attack. If you finish your shift and your relief has not arrived they will force you to stay by threatening your job if you leave. They do not listen to their staffs needs or requests. And several of the clients are overlooked and ignored. This is not a good company to work for. DONT WORK HERE!!

They withheld $500 out of my daughters check and refused to help her understand why. The supervisor kept yelling at her and then hung up. With service like that I can only imagine how they treat their clients. In light of recent circumstances I have decided to change my rating based on the response from a manager. It is important to realize that nobody is perfect and that we are only human. I appreciate upper management doing all that they could to understand and rectify the situation. Thank you!

My friend is currently a supervisor for this company. They definitely take advantage of the fact that there are no protections for forced and uncompensated overtime for exempt employees in the state of Idaho. Maybe they should look into employee retention instead of expecting their supervisors to work 24+ hour shifts for which they arent compensated. She would be upset about me posting here because of the threat of losing her job but I think this is an issue that needs to be addressed by the community not just for employees but also for the clients they are working with.

Such a horrible place to work. If you’re looking for a job in this field, choose a different company. Management does not care about the staff members and are extremely rude! They won’t train you properly and then you’ll get in trouble for doing things wrong... The pay SUCKS for the job you’re required to do and they will push you to work overtime so the supervisors and AQs don’t have to. The only pro to this job is getting to know the sweet clients and helping them progress in their daily lives!

I will not work for this company again. They do not care about there participants nore do they care about those that work for them. When I went in for my final paycheck they tried to not pay me my holiday pay, to me and many others consider that at steeling I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It sucks when ex disgruntled employees leave reviews without looking at their actions that may or may not have caused the outcome. Gtsg is a great company to work for! Management always answer their phone and they truly care! They work so hard and are very dedicated! Being a staff is being on a team that treats you just like family. They don’t “force” anyone to work what they don’t want to. They offer overtime and I love it!! Extra cash. I’m not complaining!! They hand out gifts, gift cards, benefits are amazing!! The job is rewarding!! Company cars and they pay for you to go out with clients!! No other Reshab facility does that!! Every healthcare has turn over Gtsg is no different. They have came a long ways and they are doing great!! Props to those who work here and take care of our clients and don’t leave negative posts because you are having a bad day!! I love my job! I am here to stay!! Definitely recommend! If you follow the policies you will have no troubles. It’s really not that difficult.

Horrible place to work at. The management was so rude to pocatello staff. I will never recommend anyone to work here. Horrible pay and I was working over 70 hours some weeks. Extremly disrespectful.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! One of their supervisors, not naming names (Plamodon) is blatantly racist, and if a client starts beating you up, nothing is done except to reward the client for their behavior. I was 7 months pregnant, client outright admitted to trying to kill mybaby, I requested to go to the hospital, and that request was ignored. Again, DO NOT WORK HERE

I enjoyed working with some of the clients, but this place is pretty unprofessional, I am also mad that they paid my sister her full check but not me, its been almost 2 months and still dont have my check like they said they would.

The people working there are a wonderful and caring group.

Do not work for this company, unless you love to be physically abused by clients much bigger than you. It is not worth the pay at all. It is not rewarding in any way, and the management does not care about you or any of your fellow employees.
