This guy is a horrible person and will take advantage of anyone he can.My cousin is a single mother and rented a town home from him and i helped her move in it and it definetly wasnt the cleanest and lots of light fixtures and vanity bulbs where missing throughout the house when we moved her stuff in fast forward 2 years later she made sure it was cleaned to the standard of when she got there and when he was to return her deposit he charged her for the stuff that werent even there when she moved in saying that since then his standard change for $200 this guy makes over 100 grand a year im sure and to screw a single mother over $200 thats pretty sad.
