I award Alpha Graphics - Idaho Falls five (5) stars. If I were to write a one-sentence summary: Alpha was responsive, followed my directions, and worked far under my requested budget. In my opinion, this business deserves to be listed first on Googles search options. I worked with a team: Morgan, Sam (processed request), Clayton (24-hour representative), and Erin (graphic artist). After three of Alpha Graphics competitors (at least one of them top-ranking in Googles search) dropped the ball on me, I asked my senior advertising account executive to suggest a fourth venue. He suggested Alpha Graphics. I was assigned a 24-hour representative, Clayton. At my request, my graphic was touched up. I was assigned graphic artist Erin, who patiently worked with me. Alpha stayed within my requested budget. They gave me a quote for about half my suggested budget. For slightly under $300, I purchased 90 minutes graphic touch up and five signs - three door signs and two plaza acrylic signs. Of note, my representative personally visited while the job was being completed. I will go back to Alpha Graphics for future printing needs. I, D.M. I sent in a bid and then left things hanging because I wasnt sure who would help me pay for the banner.Finally, I needed it done very quickly and called the office. I paid for it myself since I had left things hanging for so long. They hurried and completed the banner so I was able to use it just when I needed it.The quality was very good. They were very courteous and helpful.

The City of Iona worked very closely with AlphaGraphics for our annual Iona Days Celebration. They were so accommodating. They were able to get things done quickly and accurately, even with short notice. They went above and beyond to get us the things that we needed and we are so grateful! I’m only rating my last interaction with Alpha. I have printed flyers for my business many times with the Idaho Falls location. My last experience was horrible and makes me want to take my business elsewhere. I called in to have some flyers printed that Alpha had on file. They said they would do up a quote and email it for my approval. 1 day passed and no email. I called back and they said they were busy but would send me the email, which they did quickly. I reviewed the email and sent back an approval to print confirmation. 2 days later I called back to see if they were ready. I was told because I didn’t pay the deposit they had not been printed. I asked if I could pay when I picked them up like every other time I printed flyers. I was told that would be fine. After 1 week of not hearing anything I stopped in to the Alpha location. I was told nothing was printed yet, but was told by the guy working the counter they would be printed ASAP. I told him I had a conference that I needed these flyers for in two days. He said he would get them printed and call me himself when they were done. No call, no nothing. I got them printed elsewhere and gave up on Alpha Graphics. 6 weeks later I get an email saying my flyers are ready for pickup. Are you kidding me? My guess is Alpha doesn’t care about small print jobs and it’s not worth their time. I get it…everyone is busy these days, but when your told Many times your prints will be done and no one does nothing it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

We ordered a cardboard cutout of our daughter for our sons wedding since she couldnt be there. It was perfect! Some people commented that she blended right in the pictures. Very nice employees.

Kathy was great to work with, and was quick to respond to any questions that I had. When she found out that I wouldnt be able to pick up the flyers that I had printed before closing, she delivered them to my office. I would highly recommend Alphagraphics for your printing needs.

Lynn at AlphaGraphics helped up plan out a custom job and was able to recommend improvement to the design that would help in making the mailing process easier. He was quick to get out job printed and delivered our mailers directly to the post office ahead fo schedule at a time when most competitors are behind and slow moving. Great experience as always and we will continue to use moving forward.

The stuff they print is usually quite good. And they usually have things ready pretty quick. I get stuff from them quite regularly. But when they don’t have a job done in a timely manor, they get kind of frustrated when I come in and ask for my pick up order.

I had some family photos printed off at alphagraphics, two of them they had printed the wrong size. They said I could bring them back in and would fix them without charge.(Which they should) So I brought them in, they printed off new ones and I took them home and one was still the wrong size. This happened four more times…. I live almost 30min away from alphagraphics, I thought it to be very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lazy. I as the costumer, I shouldn’t have to bring my tape measure in and double check there work. I was very polite every time, never received a discount or a credit for my inconvenience. Although their prints are great quality Im very very disappointed and put off by their laziness. I will not be going back.

I made an apt at the beginning of April for April 20th and paid my $37.00 design fee. On April 20th my fiancé and I went in for our appointment only to be told that they didn’t have us on their schedule I told the lady at the front that I have my receipt (showed her) and she was less then helpful and finally went and got a designer to help us after 10 minutes it’s supposed to be up to a 30 minute consultation and we felt very rushed the entire time and I informed them that I needed them by Friday and it was Tuesday like I told the lady who scheduled us, she said well... ahh we will try. Got a call Friday asking why I wasn’t there for my apt on Tuesday and asked if I wanted to reschedule, after I told the lady on the phone that I was there and already placed my order I told her how unorganized they are and that when I showed up on Tuesday they didn’t even have me on their schedule.. she didn’t apologize didn’t even seem like she cared I had my fiancé pick up our inviolate Friday before closing get together with my family to send out invitations today (Saturday) to find out that some of the words on our insert cards were spelled wrong!! These needed to go out tomorrow for my wedding they are closed because it’s the weekend so no way to get these fixed by tomorrow (Sunday) to get these sent out by then. I spent $175.00 and I am so annoyed, irritated etc I would never come here again, refer them to anyone ever again. I wish I could give it a no star rating because that’s what I feel they deserve based on how I’ve been dealt with and their lack of detail.
