I called to have them come give me a quote. I was told he would come over that day or the next and he never came or called. He had my number and address and I didn’t even get a call saying he couldn’t make it. Judging by another review this is a common occurrence.

Great experience quality work

The only reason I gave them one star is because no star isnt an option. Tried for over a week to get an estimate for an easy gutter repair with no luck. Terrible.

Do not return phone calls. Id like to give them some work or at least hear from them. .

All American Gutters has installed gutters around our home. They do amazing, professional work. In comparison to other companies, All American has the best prices and the highest quality. I look forward to using them again as we finish up other projects around our house. I highly recommend All American Gutters.

They kept saying they would come install my gutters and then kept skipping the appointment. The communication is very bad. I dont know why they would even make an appointment if they had no intention of doing the work. All I kept being told is that when they took the job they were booked up through the next couple months. They should have just turned down the job rather than leaving me hanging for months. I wasted several days waiting for them to show up. Very unprofessional.Oh and dont be fooled by the rating on Google, 2 of the reviews are from Mike Sanders. Mike Sanders is the owner of this business.

I am very disappointed with the professionalism of this company. Initially they did alright, aside from putting the stopper on the wrong side of our gutter so that rain and melting snow would flood our basement. Any company can make that mistake, but i would expect a truly professional company to come and fix their error when asked. We have called this company and spoken personally with them no fewer than 4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time we have asked them to come fix the gutter so our basement stops flooding and every time they act like they have never heard of our request before, didnt know it was causing flooding, or say that they had meant to leave us a message that they couldnt make it (there has never been such a message) and they end the call saying they will come tomorrow. Or the next day. Or that weekend...and then they dont. They still have not come. As of today, they are once more coming tomorrow. I like to assume the best of people and I hope they do come tomorrow. I think any customer by this point would have left a very nasty review ages ago. I am trying to be fair and thoughtful with my review. They have been incredibly unprofessional and I am very unimpressed and disappointed with their service and i will never hire them again. Maybe my experience with them is uncharacteristic and would never happen to anyone else, and if that is the case then my honest 1 star review wont hurt their generally very good business ratings very much at all. But if this is any sort of norm for them and they have ever needed to have a customer call them 4 times so they can make excuses over and over before they dont come fix what they say they will fix, then I dont believe this company deserves your business. I hope this review helps someone out there looking for a gutter repairman, or at least i hope it encourages All American Gutters to think about treating their customers more professionally.I hope to be able to add an edit that they came and fixed my gutter finally. I hope they prove my bad review wrong by servicing their clients in the future more professionally than they (did not) service me.EDIT: They did come today like they said they would this time. I am really grateful. I will change my original 1 star review to a 2 star review.
