I go through them and they are a great company but they are called Grand Teton now and they help out alot and I dont ever want to go through any one else

Awesome management and staff. The whole company works as a team to get you where you want to be. Flexible schedule and awesome communication. The participants are progressing and can be very rewarding if this is the job for you. Competitive wages and paid vacation! The benefits are awesome along with the job itself!

I didn’t listen to the warnings of most of the reviews and should have. Got put on as a one on one and I maybe worked with her by herself three times. I was always put into a group of three even though I didn’t know what to do with two and only trained to take care of the one. Got minimum wage, doing the job of two people, and worked overtime almost everyday. When I had the flu they told me in order to call in sick I had to get a doctors note saying that I had he flu, even though I was in the bathroom puking my guts out. Loved working with the people in the home and my coworkers but they didn’t take into account my time and that I was doing two peoples jobs.

Never met a better group of individuals to work with and care for their clients. Such an amazing staff and the clients even better! Lots of love and caring goes on here!

Often somewhat disorganized because they seem to be almost always understaffed. However they do the best they can and are great at establishing positive relationships with the residents. I dont think any other local group homes can do better with kids.

Horrible place, children have no rules, structure, or consequences. They are allowed to hit each other and staff. They are allowed to run around naked with no shoes in the snow. Staff are constantly on their smart phones. I wouldnt let them babysit my dog. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE -

Horrible place for children and staff. The company treats their employees substandardly and like cattle. The house was complete chaos.

They will make up stores and way to much work for no Pay.. the staff there sucks
