Very helpful, efficient, and kind. The store was pretty busy when I arrived, but they were well-staffed and worked through the line while still taking time with each customer. The employee I worked with helped me find a less expensive shipping option and then happily helped me repackage my items!
Every time I have come to this location, there are so many workers and they get through the line in a very reasonable manner. Today, I brought my little kids in with me, and the lady who helped us gave them bubble wrap to play with. They loved it! I do agree that they need more UPS locations, but the people who work at this one are friendly and efficient!

Long story short here is that if you want any kind of competent help, go so where else. Image not being able to listen to costumers and think you are doing a good job. No you have an idea of what they are like.
Staff was nice but do not take your small packages here. Completely overpriced for a single article of clothing in a 9in×6in lightweight box.
Location is rough, wish they had more sites throughout Idaho Falls so I would not have to drive so far through such a busy area of the city. Other than that I do not have many complaints. When I went, I was able to get in and out in a decent amount of time. I am assuming it can be worse depending on time.

Shout out to the team at the UPS store. They made the process of returns and shipping seamless and easy. While Covid has hit many businesses with all kind of restrictions, this location has done their best to work under those restrictions and still provide great service. They are my go-to shipping store.
This place rocks. People here are quick to help out, they know what theyre talking about, and there are a lot of options when it comes to pricing. Also, they have a lot of wrapping packing essentials, including occasion cards, bags, etc. If youre looking for a reliable UPS store, this is the place!
My sons 4th of July outfit was supposed to be delivered by UPS the 1st of July, then on the THIRD, we got a notification that it wouldn’t be delivered until the 6th.
I love this place! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming! They really do try to make everyone’s day a little better and I think they succeed. I know firsthand how hard these people work to make sure packages get where they need to go and take it personally if a mistake is made. This store rocks!
The last few times I’ve been there was for returns to Amazon. Dispute the line being long it moved fast, employees were polite and happy and my items were handled well. Easy peasy

This store location for UPS is all right compared to many others I’m just not used to driving so far out of the way to get to a UPS store. I live in Rexburg right now and it’s an there is a FedEx drop off point here if you’re willing to risk your package through their services.
First time coming in and with the holiday season of course it was busy and there was a line but they were fully staffed with 5 employees and the line went very quickly. I was in and out in 5 mins. I was at the post office and second in line before coming here and it took 10 mins just for them not to be able to do what I needed ha. While in line i heard all the employees and every single one was professional and friendly and overall pleasant with the customers. It was a nice change in pace to what you normally get in businesses this time of year. Whatever you are doing you are doing it right. Happy Thanksgiving and merry Christmas 🎄
The employees were absolutely great. The manager/owner or whoever was not. They received a crate (they actually agreed to receive a crate) that was sent to me by my uncle. I was called when it arrived and I called back. I was told there was a $5.00 pickup charge (I was told that by my uncle, too). That was even on the billing tag. I then asked if I could pick it up the next day since I was not in a position to get it that day. I was told no problem (by an employee). I went the next day, figured out I couldnt fit it in my car and talked to them about getting my van and coming back two days later (my van was in the shop) and was also told no problem. They did tell me that it would be shipped back after 7 days. Not an issue, it was going to be 4 days after it arrived. I then got a call from the manager/owner and was told there was a $5.00 per day storage fee. I was never told that by any employee, it was not on any billing invoice, it was not told to my uncle (who would have told me at the same time he told me about the $5.00 pickup charge). When I explained to the manager that I was never told that, she indicated, well, maybe the employees didnt know about the policy. Bull. She just made it up. They wanted that crate out of there because ... .... Why? Its a shipping place. Why was it a hardship to receive a crate? Why did they agree to accept it if it was a problem? This woman does NOT care about customer service. Her employees absolutely do and they were very helpful. I would give one star but her employees certainly deserve more.

Thank you!Old review: Ever since UPS requires a check in to drop off ready to go packages, this store needs to prioritize drop offs since drop offs are so fast and it would shorten their lines significantly. We always have everything prepared and labeled when coming in, but always have to wait through a long line to drop off. When asked about the policy they have that they refuse to take drop offs out of line, they consistently reply in so many words that they make more money on people who pay for labels through them, so they dont really care to help (or make happy) those who already have labels made. For my part, their decision and attitude about it ensure I never buy a label or packaging from them for their treatment of customers who are ready to go. I understand they dont like us who are just drop offs because they dont make much off of us, but if they have to take us anyway... why not be efficient about it. One time there were 5 parties around me just waiting to drop off.. I like efficiency and making customers happier. Its crazy to wait for 30 minutes of people packaging their stuff for a 15-30 second drop off transaction. Disappointing that they have clearly spoken about this as a business model and decided against efficiency and making ALL customers happy.

I always drive across town just to send things from this UPS... the staff is always super helpful and patient (like with my notary needs this morning being more difficult than expected)!
Multiple concerns. Consistently getting other peoples mail in our box which we pay for because we were tired of our home mailbox getting everyones mail and everyone getting hours. People are always prioritizing being chatty, employee to employee, rather than taking care of the customer. A few months back we sent a package back to Amazon, dropped it off there and receive the receipt for drop off, Amazon, said they never received the package and charged me for it. We are talking about a $600 item. After investigating, they found that the package was received there at the UPS Store like my receipt says, however, they show that it never left the UPS Store. Amazon refunded my money. If you have a mailbox there, you should receive $1 off of your payment each time you receive someone elses mail. I have also spoken with my bank on several occasions who have told me that mail is coming back to them and that mail even has the mailbox number on it. The same with letters from credit card companies that need to verify my address because theyre receiving the mail back and some mail from the state of Idaho that was returned to them with the correct address. I have a UPS box in another state as well, because we are on the road. In five years I have never had a single problem with the one in another state.

What bothered me most was that while there were no other customers in the store, I was told by two separate employees that theyd get to me in a minute. One of them had come from a short conversation with another employee and walked up to the counter, but when I approached I was told that it wasnt my turn yet. Ive worked a fair amount of customer service positions, so I know that the physical customer is more important than whatever things need to be done on the side.
Terrible Service. Hard to work with in person. Poor management. Good luck reaching them over the phone.
My wife and I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing (6:50 pm). When we got in line there were 3 being helped at the counter and 4 in front of us in line waiting. We got our package returned to sender and were out the door before 7 pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
I had a two day delivery and it was sitting in a facility in my city for four days!! I called every single day and every single day they said, oh it will be there tonight by 8 or oh it will be there tonight by 9. Then I called and said I want the highest manager there is and he told me to just keep tracking it. Whaaaat?! Thats your answer?? I told him I want a refund and for them to pay for my packages. Then I called AGAIN the next day to just come pick it up myself and the girl at this location didnt want to look it up for me and when she did, said its been sent back out to Montana and she cant give me a delivery date. Whaaat?! Why?! Their facility is literally just a few blocks from my house and its been sitting there, but they decide to send it to a whole other state. So, I call again the next day and they tell me it will be here Friday. Well today is Thursday and I decide to track it and it says its running late!! No surprise at this point. So I look and they sent it to two different cities in North Dakota, then two different cities in Montana and then two different cities in Wyoming! But it was right in my small city for nearly a week. This is over $100 worth of stuff and I expect them to pay for me to just order me new ones that will be delivered from FedEx! Plus, I was supposed to take these out of town with me and wasnt home so have had to have someone keep going to my house to check for the package which is even more inconvenient AND I still have NOT received my packages!! They did this at Christmas too, none of my stuff was on time, except for the FedEx packages. I want my items UPS and you owe to me to make this right!
Honestly i am so impressed with ups today! James and Heidi went out of there way for me on something that was my mistake! I put my address in incorrectly and they treated me so kindly and immediately brought me my package when they were supposed to be going home. I can’t thank them enough! That is a good crew for sure !

I had to return a product to a company, the total was going to be over $180.00, the associate helped me condens the product into 1 shipping unit saving me almost 90$! I went in to get just a shipping label printed. I stood in line for 20 minutes and a lady went down the line asking us what we needed and we told her why when still in line we just needed a shipping label printed nothing else and she said okay and moved on. Well when we finally where helped we told the lady that’s all we need is the shipping label. And she told us that we couldn’t leave with just the label! She was very unprofessional and rude just dismissed us and moved on!! It would have been nice to know that before standing 20 minutes in line!! The place is a joke! Why people go idk!!
Dear UPS Store: Thank you for making it so quick and easy to ship cholula sauce, clothes and giant bags of swedish fish and sour patch kids to my sons APO address. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Brandon boxed up my goods today and was very pleasant with a great attitude.
Doesnt accept preprinted labels
Shipped packages before Christmas. Sent items to Washington state from Idaho received first week if February. Shipped packages to Ohio at the same time received second week of February.Only positive was they packaged the items for us.We expected to pay under $50. It was over $100.Way Over priced to send items that are less than a week arrival at USPS took 2 months to deliver?

Went into ship a laptop to a buyer of mine. Want to say, this is not the first time I’ve had problems at this store but thought I would give them another chance. First mistake.Told the girl working there that I wanted to ship this laptop as cheap as possible didn’t care if it was usps or ups just as cheap as possible. So she say it would be $15 for the box and $40 to ship it. What?I asked even if we did a flat rate box for usps? No those are $25. First, that’s cheaper then the first option isn’t? So what happened to the cheapest way to ship the item.Final by this point we had been there trying to explain to girl what we were trying to do, so finally I said forget it I’ll just go to usps and get the box and ship it myself. Went down to usps got the box and the girl there tells me “yeah the box flat rate is $17.60” awesome, get the box, pack up the laptop and send it off. Took 5 minutes.So flat rate for the ups store is $25 for the box that cost $17.60 to ship. What a rip-off. Also they need to stop trying to sell you stuff that you don’t want. Like I said I told the girl “ the CHEAPEST WAY YOU HAVE”. she heard let me try selling him $55 worth of stuff he doesn’t want. Will never go back to this ups store.All the other reviews that talk about this store saving you money, maybe they did or maybe you think they did and sold you things you didn’t want and didn’t need. Check around before you go to this store.
Went today to mail package, it is such a busy time of the year, however we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
Yesterday I went in and asked about sending something to CT she said it probably wouldnt be that much around 10-12 and that flat rate would cost more. When I went in today it ended up costing 30 when a flat rate box would have cost me $18. They were very nice but she wasnt anywhere close in her estimate of price. PLEASE learn your stuff.

Walked up at 5:02 having large packages in hand. Thought they closed at 6. We tried the door - there were customers inside and employees. When we tried the door an employee dashed to the door as though she was going to open it. Another employee called her back. She turned away from us abruptly and then turned her back and all other employees acted as though they couldnt see us. We returned to the car, placed our packages there, then I went back to the door in hopes of talking with a manager (if I had spoken with someone then, I wouldnt be writing this review... or the other 10 I will be writing on other sites). Again, someone started to the door, was called back. Still customers inside - again, acted like they didnt see me after that. That is the rudest treatment of a seven year patron I could ever imagine. I certainly understand being closed and I didnt even expect to be served when we realized the doors were locked. A wave, a smile, an Im sorry, our system is closed...etc would be acceptable. The rudeness was uncalled for and they have lost my business indefinitely.

Called and asked if they had a notary available. Was told yes, drove down to the store in 5 minutes and the person was gone for the day. Disappointing and a waste of time as I could have gone elsewhere. They just should have said no especially when I said I would be right down.
