The folks at the IF Sanitation Dept. are always polite, helpful and considerate. Probably mort so than other city offices (that’s saying a lot). Always a pleasure to deal with.

I needed to clean out a rental property, and we filled an entire 30-yard dumpster in 12 hours, and there was more garbage. Tony drove to pick it up to dump it and I requested that he bring it back. He called his boss (on a Saturday!) and had it back at our location in less than 20-minutes. I call that amazing service. I would highly recommend them for any sanitation needs that come your way. They were prompt and helpful, even on the weekend. Thanks so much!

If i could give Zero stars i would. Neglect to pickup all garbage cans and leaves trash on the street. The hours of operation during a business week is terrible. Why close so early when other business hours run longer. You need to work on your customer service

Huge headache. Such a shame they are the only business in town that does what they do. Seriously disappointing business.
