Expensive, but he takes care of everything for you. Very friendly, highly reachable, and a very attentive staff. I world give five stars if not for the amount of money I had to pay. But it was justified by the amount of knowledge and care Mr. Johnson took with me. I would definitely recommend!

Dave is great to work with. He listens and has great attention to detail. He was very up front on what to expect in my case and delivered above and beyond. You can tell he is well respected in the court system and with the people he works with. And while having a good sense of humor and being very friendly he doesnt hold back in the courtroom and really fights for you. My last lawyer often took up to a week or two for simple responses. Dave is on the ball and often got back to me within minutes. His staff is very friendly and great to work with.

Friendly staff. Nice to work with. I dont think David believes in 50/50 custody. He favors custody for women. He kept under budget and avoided court. Some lawyers charge you until your blue in the face. I did not feel that way with David. He gave me the price and stayed with it.

Not impressed anymore. We used David as a mediator for our divorce. He did well but the proof is in the details. He calculated out the child support payments as each of our 4 children graduated and turned 18. Verified the information with us and then did not submit any of decreasing payments to the state. Now the state has me paying full child support for 4 children until the last child graduates and turns 18. Pretty big detail to leave out of a legal agreement. Now we can pay lawyer fees or court fees to fix his mistake. He cant do anything because he acted as a mediator even though it is fully his mistake. He calculated the information and forgot to submit it. Wish I could choose 0 stars

Such a lazy lawyer. I emailed to find out if this law office could help me with a sealed adoption case. They couldnt even be bothered to write a proper email in response. They simply replied Sorry we cant help you in the subject line. So incredibly tacky and shows zero customer service skills. I replied how disappointed I was that they couldnt be bothered with any form of customer service. No response as to why they couldnt help, or any resources that would be able to help me. They in turn replied that I hadnt asked for additional resources... Like I said dude, its called customer service! Write a proper email, show an ounce of effort and dont be so lazy!

Dave and his team have always been great to answer any questions or concerns you may have leading up to any legal concerns. The Law office is beautifully set in downtown Idaho Falls. In 2008 I was in a car accident. After advise from the paralegal instructor at EITC I was told I was approaching the deadline to file a lawsuit. David and Audrey Johnson instructed and guided me through the steps to file the proper paperwork and to come to an agreement with the insurance company to pay for the years of pain and suffering.
