JUAN IS GREAT!! HE HELPED US OUT OF A JAM WHEN OUR RV BROKE DOWN. HE REPLACED OUR FUEL PUMP REMOTELY AFTER HOURS AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD .VERY PROFEESIONAL AND DELIVERED ON WHAT HE PROMISED.

Juan went above and beyond to get my motorhome hydraulic leak fixed and charged 1/3 of what I thought it would have cost. He drove 40 miles from his shop to look at my engine hydraulic leak and didnt charge me a service call because he said he was coming out that way anyhow. It was getting late in the day so we werent able to find the leak so he squeezed me in the next morning at his shop and fixed it. Had me test drive it after and checked everything over and it was fixed. GREAT JOB TO PONCE ENTERPRIZE DIESEL REPAIR !!!! Thank You Juan!!! Tim

Mr. Ponce is very professional, and prompt with response. He came right out to my home to figure out what was wrong with our tractor. Ordered parts, and came back to fix us up in a very timely manner. Very pleased with his service and professionalism. Will definitely be using his services again.

We were travelling in our motorhome and were broke down on a Sunday. We called Ponce Enterprizes and were told that they don’t usually work on motorhomes but he was willing to come take a look. The next day they had us come to the shop where they did a temporary fix but we were broke down again after travelling for 30 minutes. They decided we needed a new part so they had the part delivered overnight and then came out to where we were parked in Hamer, ID. The two gentlemen had the new part installed in no time and we were on our way again. They were very friendly, helpful and consulted often with our mechanic back home. We are very thankful for their willingness to help us out and for getting us back on the road so quickly. We highly recommend these guys!
