Simply wonderful! April/Tidy Touch team did an initial clean of our house last week and a normal clean this week and the house looks fantastic! In addition to the great job they did vacuuming and dusting, I like the fact that the cleaners they use are not strongly scented. I also appreciate their professionalism (its down to business as soon as they arrive).

They are priced just right. Ive hired other cleaning companies and it never went well. Distinguished Images have done a great job for me for almost 2 years now. My cleaning team the Dust Bunnies are awesome. The ladies are friendly and do a wonderful job. I love coming home from work in the evening to a very clean house.

Our house remains squeaky clean and we are very happy with their prices as well. They show up on time, work as a team, and are in and out quickly. They bring all of their own cleaning products, including a vacuum so you never have to worry that you are out of something. The vacuum they use makes my carpet look like new every time! Love them!!!

We are very pleased with our service. We have the “Dirt Devils Team” clean for us. Chelsea, Talor, and Suzanna. They deserve 5 stars.Distinguished images worked with us to set up the perfect schedule. They clean the entire house once every four weeks, and clean only the main living area floor every two weeks. They also keep a card on file to make payment super easy.Additionally, The office personnel are always very friendly and nice.

I absolutely love Distinguished Images! I first called them thinking I was just going to have them do an initial deep clean so that I could keep up on it. We then decided to have them come bi-weekly for a month.. and before you know it, here we are over 6 months later and they are still making my life easier. The days our amazing cleaning team come is the most relaxing. I have them come on Fridays so I know I can enjoy my weekend without the stress of cleaning my house. I have been able to focus my time more effectively in business, family, and pleasure which completely eliminates the thought of stopping our service. The house is always sparkling, they constantly look for feedback to make sure that their service is beyond exceptional, and their customer service is above and beyond. There was one day that one of the maids accidentally chipped our coffee pot. Not only did she leave a note apologizing and saying that the office would contact me (I honestly probably wouldve thought I had done it), but I didnt have to do a thing. Whitney at the office immediately reached out to me to ask what kind of pot we had and we had a new one on our door stop delivered by the owner within hours of the accident. The maids always greet us with a smile, are friendly, d a very detail-oriented job and we could not be happier!

I called to schedule a deep/thorough one time cleanfor my house which I was 100% interested in having done. They told me theyd call me to schedule as soon as they learned about upcoming times available. It has been almost 2 months and still no call.

Ive tried 5 different cleaning services over the years, and Distinguished Images has been the best by far--they do a more thorough job than other service Ive tried and are fast (with little ones at home, I love that they finish cleaning in 90 minutes and then we can get back to business!). Their scheduling staff is always so gracious about accommodating changing schedules, vacations, etc. I started with them about 7 years ago when I was pregnant with twins--Alicia was particularly amazing at doing all the deep cleaning I just couldnt do myself, and I was hooked! Currently, Crystal and Chelsy, are my team and they do a great job. The day they come is my favorite of the week!

Overall, it was more trouble than it was worth. We picked up ahead of time, but constantly felt as though the job was rushed. Anytime we asked for small things, there was always another fee to be added. I understand this is how businesses work but their fees were often unnecessary. Expect basic cleaning service, nothing more. Depending on who you speak with on the phone will determine the friendliness and helpfulness of the individual. When we explained that we were leaving and why, it was met with ambivalence. They stay busy and maybe business is going so well these are small issues to them. But you should look elsewhere, as we are doing.

I love when they come clean my house. Im so busy with working full time and I like to free up my time on the weekends to hang with my kids. Theyve made this a possibility. Thank you!

We have been using them at our office for almost a year now and every couple of months the level of cleaning severely decreases to the point where I have to call and complain. After I complain, they do a great job for a few weeks and then its back to poor cleaning until I call again. This morning I came in to the worst cleaning job Ive ever seen. I can hardly believe someone did this, looked at it and said to themselves yeah that looks clean and left. Very disappointed.Also, they used our brand new floor equipment duster as a mop. Not only was it not theirs to use, they used it incorrectly and ruined it. Its a specialty item specifically designed to clean underfloor mechanical equipment. Yes, it does look similar to a mop but thats not what it is at all.

Tried to set up a rime 2 weeks in advance and when I asked how many hours it would take they would just give me a price range- very unprofessional management. After spending 5 minutes talking about the job they then stated that they had no openings that week. They did say at least one person would speak English. Looks like some good old locals using slave labor to get rich.

Ive had them coming to my house every other week for years. I absolutely LOVE them. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house (that I didnt have to clean myself). before I had distinguished Images I had tried other services and none of them come close to being as good. We have had this service for more than a decade. We have never had a poor job, the staff are hard-working, patient, and thorough. This is not Lick and a Promise cleanup, but detailed cleaning with a checklist of objectives. The teams have nicknames, and ours has been the Bon-bons for quite a while. They know what we need, and do it. The are also flexible in meeting surprise needs of the moment. Its like a partnership dedicated to a clean home!

The clean sweep team cleaned my house until I moved. I looked forward to cleaning day. The house looks and smells great! I will absolutely use them again.

They were supposed to clean the house we were moving into. Upon our arrival after their cleaning I was less than impressed. Countertops were clean but anything deeper than that was left undone. For example, all the window tracks were dirty, the floor was dirty (one swipe with a paper towel proved that), the fridge seals were dirty, the toilets needed some more help, the fridge and oven were never pulled out, several drawers were left dirty, etc. I called to complain and they sent a crew back out with a manager. I again, was left unimpressed. This time many of the window tracks were done but not all, the fridge and oven were still not pulled out, the oven drawer was still dirty. This company is not the company you want to call for a cleaning when selling a house. You will be left wondering what you even paid for. I am left moving into a house that I have to clean before I am able to put anything away.
