Signature Party rentals was amazing to work with. I am a wedding planner. I had a bride go on her honeymoon with a locked venue. Signature worked with us and was very patient. The dance floor we had rented was beautiful and easy to use, even out in the woods!

They were kind to me, but they’re very dysfunctional and unorganized. We had a wedding and I called three times confirming my order just to be sure because they seemed confused when I initially placed the order. Always repeated back the correct order. Third time I called, they read from the screen the wrong size linens on order so I corrected that wondering why the times before they repeated back exactly the size I wanted. Day before, we pick up the linens..they’re the wrong size but they’re closed with no after hours number. Day of, I get ahold of them and they drop off the correct size linens (I was not going to pick them up at this point) but not all the correct color because they didn’t have any left which wouldn’t have happened if they had our order in correctly in the first place. Then, they have to come back (again I was not driving to IF to fix their mistake) because they forgot the rest of the somewhat “corrected” order. The wedding was weeks ago and I just got a call this morning from them asking if I dropped off the linens. I said yes, they asked if I could make sure, then they call me back saying they checked and found them. They need some sort of inventory rental receipt that they give you to confirm you returned. They were never rude but man...that was a rough go. Not to mention one of the chairs collapsed in the middle of the luncheon because it was apparently missing screws and their square tables are bowed and crooked on the tops.

The tent was amazing, it held up so well and I heard it was incredibly easy to set up!

I haven’t been very happy with our overall experience with this company. We had a broken table and chairs and the table cloths weren’t the correct size for the tables that we had chosen. They did reimburse us for some of our $ but it’s been a drawn out ordeal.

I called Signature Party and Event because I heard nothing but great things about this business. I called to rent a pole tent and the employee I talked to was very rude and cut me off while I was trying to ask a question. Please have a little more professionalism when talking to customers on the phone.

Truly an amazing company that continues to go above and beyond with 5 star excellence during each event they execute. Couldn’t be more proud of the team!

I have never had a more unprofessional group set up or take down a tent. They spent more time fooling and messing around then working. The young lady who was in charge of the crew was dancing around, and yes I mean dancing. I do wedding planning in Colorado so I have had many party defenders who have been professional. Very not happy with this one

My original chair and table rentals from another company had fallen through so as a hail mary, I called Signature Party and they helped me get everything I needed to save my event. Keep up the great work!

Kind of the typical event supplier except they have way more inventory than I would have expected in Idaho Falls. Tables and tablecloths made the room look great and we topped it off with our own decorations. They were great to work with.

Professional! I have done business with Signature for over 10 years from simple rentals to large trade shows. They are aways accommodating and do exacty what I ask of them. They are also there for me when an emergency happens, like forgetting to setup the rental. Great People. Quality rental product. Competitive pricing.

I usually never leave reviews but I felt obligated hoping nobody would share my experience. I was married at the end out September & went in about mid July to arrange all my rentals. At the end of August I received a phone call that all the glassware i had rented was all broken and the lady explained they won’t have more available. Her words were “we won’t have it for you to use in time, and i hope this is enough of a notice for you to find it elsewhere.”(She was already paid) so that same day i went to the crafts stores and found everything i had rented, but couldn’t help but it feeling like that would be the businesses responsibility after i had ordered those items & had also paid them in full.Then, i went in 4 days before my wedding to add a couple tables and clothes (they ask for a 48 notice for changing the order) went we went to add some things the lady was extremely rude & treated us as if she was bothered by us going in.Last but not least,When we had gotten back from our honeymoon we had family members that accidentally had taken back rental items to our house. So, there Saturday hours being open until 2:00, I went in to return things. All the doors were locked, but the employee entrance was propped open and the workers greeted me with “how did she get in here!” when I was returning their belongings that they weren’t organized enough to realize they were missing.From one bride to another, save yourself the stress & go somewhere else. It was nothing but chaos & rudeness my whole rental experience. Not the way you want treated while you’re trying to plan a wedding

Rented a ton of tables and chairs upon arrival no one helped load the stuff and the employees were rude.

I have planned a few events through Signature and they have always delivered on what they committed to. It is nice to have such a resource in such a small town. They had to order a few things for me but had everything else I needed. Looking forward to the big tent I have booked for a family party this summer. Lets hope Idahos weather doesnt mess things up!
