Im not quite sure what the complaints are because Ive used Yellow Cab twice. Once in July and the second time today. Both drivers were spot on time in fact in July he was there a few minutes early. Both courteous and excellent drivers. The trip to Reagan Airport was much more pleasant being able to chat with them. Cars are clean as a whistle and they knew exactly where they were going and how to get there. Price extremely reasonable. So instead of voicing complaints why doesnt someone else step up and give praise where its due? I travel a lot and plan to use them all the time in fact I have the card and will arrange a pickup when I return to DC.
These people clearly dont take customer service seriously. I made a reservation with them to take me to Upper Marlboro. They said they were going to send me a confirmation email- never did. I might be okay with this, if it werent for one thing though. I called them up the night before to make sure the reservation had gone through- they barely acknowledged me, didnt even use their company name over the phone, just Hello?- and forced me to call twice, with no luck either time. I wound up taking Uber. And then they wonder why they lose business to Uber so quickly these days.
Do not use this company if you live in PG county. It was a total was of time. They did not send a confirmation email. The operator transferred me to a number that was in Rockville. The address listed is in PG County. Please do not advertise and state that you service DC, MD, and VA, when only service certain locations in MD.

I called for a cab for an elderly lady. That were very rude. Horrible phone manners. Shouldn’t be in the business if you don’t have good customer service. I won’t use them again
Do not be use this cab company to get to the airport unless you book several hours ahead. I called the night before to get a cab. They showed up 20 mins late. During that time I kept calling them (not the other way around) and they kept saying it would be 2-3 mins. Never using them again.
Smelly dirty trash everywhere in the car and a wet napkin or something in the window. I almost puked during the ride. I was gagging. They told me 55 over the phone then the guy was telling me 65 in person for a 45 min. drive. Smh...
Cab driver was quite rude, did not wear seatbelt, swerving because he was reading while driving...terrible service
