Enlisting DECO Disibility was a complete and total waste of my time. These people are incompetent at best. I could write a whole book about everything that went wrong with this company, but in a nutshell, they were NOT helpful with trying to get disability started, they have extremely poor communication skills and to add insult to injury, they dropped me as a client without even telling me. Had I not called them, I would have never known that I had been dropped. These people are very unprofessional and personally, I do not believe they are truly on your side. If you are trying to get disability, please seek other representation. DECO is NOT going to help you.
During the last 2+ years, DECO has become an integral member of our Revenue Cycle team. The dollars that we have converted to Medical assistance as a result of their efforts has increased more than 45%!
