I just called this company to get a quote for a 12hr job. Going from Gaithersburg to New York. The guy quoted me $4,000 for the job. $250hr times 12 is $3,000. Even if you add tolls you still dont get $1000 in taxes . I asked him so you add $1000 in taxes and fees? I asked for a breakdown of what they charge and He could not explain explain to me what those fees were. I told him that I was from another company and is the price the best that He can do? and is that a affiliate rate since we are another company and He said that they dont work with other companies. I was like WOW! Ive been in the business 20 years and have NEVER called a Transportation Company and heard that!! So Unprofessional!! Im only writing a review cause Im passionate about serving people and it makes me angry when people like this is always trying to get over. I would have rather him say that he didnt have anything available instead of that. Be careful when choosing companies!!
I wanted to thank you for such fantastic service. We had a wonderful time a few weeks ago and Karl our driver was the BEST. He was so nice, accommodating and we truly enjoyed him.

If I could leave a negative review I would. The guy that tried to do our reservations wanted to high ball us at $850. Well, we received a lower price for a party bus so we said thank you to hang up. He quickly asked what was the cheapest price we had gotten and we said $600. So he priced matched that other company and we gave them the name of the company that priced matched us. The reason they were so low was because this was to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday and gave us a generous military discount. Well, we paid a non-refundable deposit of $200 and they said that they would take the remaining $400 24 hours after the event. Little did we know our credit card was not activated so of course the card declined. But instead of the man calling back and saying your card declined can we run it again or use another card, he said we need to charge the full amount now. We felt unsure of paying for services immediately. I would have been okay with paying as soon as the bus showed up the day of. However, he was beating around the bush and kept trying to charged the full $600 without permission. We would get alerts of $100, $200 all the way up to $600 multiple times. Chase was great about notifying us about a company trying to run our card. Over all very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
If you like being yelled at by the dispatcher, don’t care if they take you to one of the two stops in your contract, dropped-off on I-66 because they are over committed, and really were looking forward to a pink bus/limo 15 years older than what is published on the website...... then you found your ride.In all seriousness, horrible experience, this company and their office employees are unethical and awful.
Weve used them for 3 separate family weddings, as well at multiple nights out, and company parties. They have the best drivers, always completely professional and polite but they also make you feel comfortable. The limos and buses are always clean and feel new. Theyre the only way to go in the DC area!
This past Saturday, October 3. I ended up renting one of their party buses for my husbands 30th birthday. The bus was everything I hoped for very spacey very elegant inside.The customer service I received from Mary was excellent she replied to my emails right away she worked with me throughout the whole process I really appreciate it that.our bus driver was 25 minutes early which that was very good.The driver was the sweetest thing very professional. I would definitely use this company again for any future events and I highly recommend them our night wouldnt have gone a smooth if it wasnt for America eagle limousine.
The Silver Limo bus was awesome: great sound system, TVs, lights. Dont forget to tip your driver. Ours was courteous and easy to work with. The price was great too.
My advice is to do business with a Limo company that is more customer friendly and looks forward to helping you have a great experience. As I spoke to a male associate from this company, he was very rude. He was focused more so on budget, which was not the issue, I was concerned with the type of vehicles that would have been available. Out of arrogance, non chalantly, this male associate spoke as if a certain dollar amount for the rental of a certain limo was not obtainable due to the inquirys of cost. Then to minimize, or to degrade the possibility of me gaining a great vehicle for a proposal event, he offered something more cheaper and non attractive might I add. Non customer friendly, nor do they conduct business properly and appreciate the customers. Go where you are appreciated.
Based off the reviews on Google, I truly did expect American Eagle Limousine and Party to be a 5 Star Company with 5 Star Customer Service. Instead, we received the absolute worse customer service there is.The first red flag, when booking, I was quoted one price of $495 for 4 hours via email and when I actually called to pay my deposit I was quoted a price of $595 for 3 hours. I referenced the quote tand the owner or manager said that whoever sent the quote via email had quoted me for the wrong price. How does a company not be on one accord when quoting customers on their prices??Anyway, I proceeded to pay (the $495 for 3 hrs) after going back and forth with them and the owner asked me did I want to pay in full or just the deposit. I stated to him that I would pay the 50% deposit. Once we got off the phone, I expected to receive a confirmation, receipt, or ANYTHING in writing stating that I had just made a payment...NOTHING! So I call back about 24 hrs later to inquire about the payment I made and the owner says “ma’am we’re going to send you a confirmation once the balance is paid in full. We’re not going to loose sleep over your little $200. We’ll wait to process your payment until you’re ready to pay the full balance.” Is this really how they handle business?? My little 200 dollars??? Wow!!!Once my balance was paid in full, it was EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with someone. The receptionist (both) had no information whatsoever about the details of my service. They were seriously like ROBOTS. Each time I called they would ask my name, phone number, and date of service and said they would forward the information to the owner/managers who NEVER reached out to contact me until 35 min BEFORE my service.When the bus arrived.....it was nothing like shown in the picture. I reserved the bus for my daughter’s 6 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY party and the bus that was dispeatched had lime green interior, no Bluetooth connection for music, and stocked with DIET COKE on ice. For the amount of money that was paid, you would think the connection to play music would be updated and they would at least stock the bus with water instead of soda (diet at that).On a more positive note, our bus driver DARREN was exceptional! He got us to our venue and back in a timely manner.All in all, this was the worse experience EVER! booking a party bus and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK AND HOPEFULLY YOUR EXPERIENCE IS BETTER THAN MINE!Then they had the nerve to think or ask me to leave a 25% tip. I said whats the shortens time?He then replied its up to you::I said okay how much for an hour?He said call a taxi or uber.From there I said what I needed and hang up.I just lost 2 children; no heart this person should be fired. Like I told him he could simply just said we dont offer anything lower then (___). Not ask me to pick.All I wanted was a quote. Jackbutt!!! Screw him!!!
This was for homecoming.... Not only was the company consistently rude when I called or emailed with them but when I was discussing the contract and wanted them to drop my group at the monuments before going to the dance, they told me it would be $300 more so we Ubered to the monuments and back to the restaurant. And we had the bus until 12 but he would not drive us around. He would only take us to locations (except for the monuments). Also we looked over at our driver and he was TEXTING AND DRIVING!!! The whole point of us getting a bus was to have safe and trustworthy transportation and that is not what we got. I will never reccomend this company to anyone nor would I reccomend to any of you. Also when telling me the final price, they took my credit card number and told me no refunds and then didnt tell me it would be $200 more for gratuity!
