I asked the to do a very difficult modification to a loafer (I’m clueless about the physics of shoes- it was like saying ‘turn my Chevette into a tow truck) for an orthopedic issue and they did a very fine job given what you can do with a loafer with excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Great work and affordable prices

They have done great work over the years for me. More recently I had my custom cowgirl boots resoled. There were specks of gold paint on my bourbon-colored boots. Not many, bit I think they could have been more careful to protect them from other projects. Ill return, but will I spect more closely before I leave the store.

Would not recommend. Brought a pair of leather work boots here to be resoled. One hundred dollars later the soles are falling off my boots. Stitching around the sole was replaced for show, but didnt actually tie the sole to the upper. Sole is coming completely detached from the upper at the heel, nails are popping out of the insole inside the boot as well. Hopefully a different cobbler will be able to repair what these folks did.

Today is my second visit to Sterns Shoe Repair. Services to be rated for are incomplete as vendor will return my service item in a week.The shoes repaired on my first visit were professionally and skillfully repaired. The staff is customer friendly, fast and courteous. I highly recommend Sterns Shoe Repair.

Ive been coming here for years to take advantage of the unreal pricing they offer. They polish shoes for $2.00 and boots for only $4.00. Excellent customer service as well.

I didn’t want to just toss my old leather shoes into the bin without at least having them looked at a shoe repair because maybe something could still be done about it. Took the shoes to Stern’s Shoe repair today and I’m glad I did. All three pairs were repaired and they now look almost new.

My coworker told me about his great experience with Cobbler’s, so I decided to give them a try with my old shoes that had been kept in the close not worn in a long time. They aren’t bad at all, apparently.

Not impressed at all. I took my shoe to be repaired. It cost fifteen dollars just to replace a strap, then I was told that they would smooth down the sole of the shoe and it would be included in the price. I went to pick up the shoes today and the sole of the shoe was not repaired. Uggh Will not recommend our use this place again.

Just when I was already about to get rid of a few pairs of shoes yesterday because I thought they were beyond repair, my wife saw me and grabbed the shoes and put them in a bag and took them to Cobbler’s. We picked the shoes up today and they look great!
