My husband always brings to them his medical coats, and they do a really good job, great service, very affordable, and they deliver it on time, I dont have any complaints with this place

I went to this dry cleaner for the first time as I am new to the neighborhood. There was a guy who was there to help customers and it was a really unpleasant experience. He was on the phone with someone on speaker. I asked him a few questions about prices and double checked to make sure there was nothing left in the pockets and the guy seemed annoyed. He was cold and not at all welcoming. Won’t return here because I don’t think that’s the attitude you should have with customers.

David and the staff are great people. Always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. On top of that the dry cleaning is done right too! Thanks again for making me look sharp for my day to day grind!

I was very disappointed with metro cleaners. I have been a very loyal customer for years. Recently I taken some clothing there and experienced poor service. Had a some casual pants cleaned during pick up as always I check to make sure everything is ok. I noticed a spot on the pants that was not on them when I dropped them off. When I brought it to the attention on the attendant, he immediately stated to me it wasn’t their fault that it was on the pants when I brought them in . Which is false I always check the clothes before take them to the cleaners. After 10 plus years I will never return to Metro cleaners.

I had an excellent experience with Metro Cleaners. The clerks are so friendly, with superb service. The price is fair and quality of product is SUPER CLEAN. As compared to other Cleaners in the area, I definitely recommend Metro Cleaners.

I’m really disappointed about the service provided. I dropped off my clothes Tuesday to be ready for Friday event, so I had to travel Thursday. They said clothes was going to be ready Wednesday by 5 PM, so I went to pick them up at 6 PM, they said “no ready yet, come back Friday morning” !!!... They didn’t return my money and just requested me “please come back Friday to discuss it”

Arrived at 7:04AM to pick up my clothes; however the store had not opened. Despite posted business hours of 7am-7pm. I waited for 10 minutes and still nobody showed up to open the store. Quite frustrating.
