I have gone to do oil changes to this shop for yearsThe hispanic mechanic that works there is a sweet heart and very nice, however the owner, not sure if he’s korean or chinese but that doesn’t matter.The important thing is to notify anyone that goes here or has any intentions on going here just be advised that the owner is nasty, very rude not sure how his business has held up with his personality, maybe the Hispanic mechanic has helped out with that A LOT!!I believe when customers choose your shop to come to, customer service is very important!!! We’re not going to get free services!! We are paying money!!!So stop being nasty to your customers CHA!!

I been coming to this shop for 20 years and I don’t know how much money I’ve spent in that time frame but I know it was a lot. I recently came in because my ac was not working and he told me I needed a new compressor and that it was gonna cost me close to a $1000 but a friend of mines told me to get a second opinion because he noticed my compressor was still moving. So I did just that and took it to Meineke and they told me that I only needed refrigerant and a inexpensive part for my compressor and I ended only paying about $200 for everything. Be aware of them charging you for work you don’t need and ALWAYS get a second opinion.

So helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and kind. We came in a few minutes before close and our car was really acting up/having urgent malfunctions. They took care of us and got us on the road to be seen by a dealership to address our specific needs. Truly appreciated them!!

I found Chas by chance while looking for an auto repair shop that was close to home. The facility is small and easy to miss, but the service is excellent and well worth the search. Each time Ive visited, the mechanic has a real conversation with me and offers education on whatever automotive issue Im having. When I leave Chas I feel a bit smarter about car maintenance and repair. I trust these guys and have decided to use them even for my standard oil changes. No more theft and overcharging by Iffy Lube

Poor condescending customer service towards my wife. I dont suggest women go here alone or at all. Not good people. Go to the US fuel mechanics they are the real deal with good customer service and dont try to belittle women. RUN FROM CHAS AUTO

I usually dont write reviews, but I have to for Phil. I began my relationship with Chas when I got my first car. It was an auction car. Because I only went to Chas for repair, my little car stayed with me for eight years. When my car had engine trouble, I freaked out right in the garage. They didnt trip, they calmed me down and recommended a new car that fit my needs. That was 10 years ago and I am still driving that car. I am still loyal to Chas - I tell him that we are in a relationship and I dont cheat :-) His prices are affordable and they stand behind their work. They are straight shooters and will tell you up front if something can or should not be done. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, look no further.I love that I dont have to haggle cost and I can trust my mechanic. I assure you that this is an unsolicited review - I am just a loyal customer.
