These people do NOT do their job! I am currently pregnant and have been waiting for a PERMANENT placement for a month now. Every night I have to go to another town for placement then come back to the saint Francis office in the morning. It is getting very ridiculous and needs to end! The first 2 days Ive been in foster care, I have gotten NO sleep which resulted in me feeling very tired, and physically sick. These people are a joke to children and families and needs to end!

Have done foster work for Saint Francis. They are now the main reason I dont want kids. Wish the state would get an organization that cared about the kids instead of how much money they could pull in from the foster parents and the state.

They have been trying to get my daughter to change her mind about the college she wants to. They are trying to force her to go to another college of their choice. And the DCF is doing the same thing. Ive heard employees complaining about the Hutchinson Police Department doing nothing about the kids. The employees get the blame for the kids bad behavior. One or more have amit that they they started trouble with them first . And they said they will lie to the police. And they will keep the lies up. They will tell the kids that the cops will believe the adults over them.

For some reason, they believe they can instruct my childs father to do the opposite of our court ordered custody agreement. He has a Family Preservation case involving my son and they are not conducive to his mother/primary care taker being involved in my sons healing process. I provide for my son, do all the doctors appointments, pay all the medical, make all the phone calls... I had to make over a dozen phone calls to find out what was going on due to DCF not doing their job and contacting me. Once I found out, Daint Francis was finally able to talk to me about it but totally made excuses for my sons dad as to why he didnt tell me that my son had been molested. Mind you, we have shared residential and joint legal custody. My son lives with me 4-5 days per week and his dad 2-3 days per week, alternating. The excuse was Well, he was afraid youd take his son. He loves his son. Thats ludicrous and reckless to not inform the childs mother of such a serious incident. Weekly home visits, therapy and the works were all in play several weeks prior to me being notified by anyone. I understand its not their job to let me know. DCF dropped the ball there. But my sons dad should have picked that ball up but did not because they remained biased and continue to remain biased. My sons father is not held accountable for his actions while I received a lecture yesterday about my anger and resentment... YOU THINK?!?! Of course Im angry! Quite frankly, Im digusted by the entire situation. My sons father was able to snake his way into their hearts like a true narcissist before I was allowed any knowledge. The lady Ive delt with makes assumptions about where my anger stems from and also acts like she has read our custody agreement when she has refused to do so in my presence, going so far as to tell me they dont enforce custody agreements. As it turns out, they completely destroy a custody agreement to the point that communication about appointments and serious issues involving my 4 year old son no longer apply... he was molested in his dads home by a sibling.... Why on Gods green earth... Twilight Zone. ITheres something to this and Im furious... how dare you. THIS is how children die. THIS is where those new stories begin!!! Ill never work with this organization willingly ever again.

This organization does a lot of illegal activities. They changed my daughters fathers name on her birth certificate without any concern or DNA testing. I just found out when my daughter called m asking if I did it. Now I have obtained an attorney from Texas where I live and I am taking legal actions against them. Amongst other illegal activities they have done considering my daughter is Native American.

Do not let this agency tell you otherwise:  Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-6101(1).Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-6101(4). Permits the voice recording of a conversation provided one party (you) consent to the recording. Do not let these people try to say youre not allowed to voice record any meeting or case plan with them or any other DCF entity! Know your rights!

They take children from thier parents. They dont follow court orders. They think they are above the law.

I truly repulsive organization. I did what had to be done as a father in a mommy state the employees so jaded by cases that were extremely incomprincables that made the feel justified to treat each father as a Lost cause. If you are the employees I am speaking about. Go look in your mirror and fee thel shame you have became so use to that its justified. Youre in my prayers.
