This organization is a joke. I called to get book bags for kids that needed them and first call for help got them free from convoy of hope where I helped hand out all kinds of items. This is the first year it had been done here so lots of people didnt know. First call for help got all the left over backpacks and I called to get 10. I had to jump through hoops then I was running late to get them 1 day and called and asked if I could come get them 5 to 10 minutes lates cause I was in wichita due to getting an infusion and was told no we have other things to do than to just wait for you, so I waited and went on my lunch the next day and the gentleman was so nice but the ladies ran me out of the office and the gentleman was going to bring me bookbags out and I went back to the door because Noone came out and they left and didnt come tell me or come look for me. They dont need to be open & I can not believe people like that should be running any kind of Business whatsoever.

This organization is such a great thing that supports the local community and doesnt make people pay for what they really need.

The people in this non profit organization are some of the most rude I have ever met during a crisis, in my life..I have been in this place previously when Tiffany Truan worked there. She has been gone over a year and you can definitely tell.The people running the location and who are on the board of directors just dont care anymore and it is so sad.

Love the ladies down there they are very helpful and nice. They will try and find ways to,help however they can with your issues
