Hung up on me and didnt give me an answer

I called around to multiple appliance stores around the state looking for something very specific and not the easiest ti obtain. The woman here (wish I caught her name), unlike the others I spoke with, was helpful, listened and worked hard to see if the part I needed was available and offered to make calls if it was not. She ended up having it, set it aside for me and cut me a good price. I highly recommend this store.

Products were sold to me with a burned out dryer motor AND inoperable drain pump. Said merchandise was sold to me under the premise it had been tested, but there is NO WAY with the amount of dirt and mold on my first load of laundry as they would have seen such debris. And the dryer overheating due to a burned out motor had a buzzer sound indicating so. If it had been tested, the technician would have heard that, too! The woman at the store is rude, will not issue a refund, and I do not want to pick out another replacement item as it, too, was not properly tested. Ive already been burned once for $600, and Im not doing it again. I want a refund to purchase my goods elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have been a customer of bills app.. For years I love that they are so friendly and eagerly to help and go out of there way to do more then wat I asked. I got a used fridge for $300 from them, ended up 2 months later needing a new one so $300 out the window. The lady said that when I was sold the fridge I was told it made noise but why would I buy a fridge that made noise thats sounds like a lawn mower. Should of just got a new one. I wont be back and I would recommend buying somewhere else!

I have been to Bills on numerous occasions for myself as well as co-workers. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There are a couple of competitors in town, but they cant beat Bills prices and customer service.With appliance prices being as high as they are, its nice to be able to get something gently used and know that it has been repaired, inspected, and tested with a 30 day warranty.Bills delivered, installed, and relocated my old appliance at no extra charge (than delivery).When I have been in the store, I never feel rushed or bombarded by sales people. Associates are there to help if need be, and nearby if I wanted some time to think.

Disappointed. I was quoted one price and went to pickup and pay the next day and owner insisted that the price had increased by $100. I was unable to get an explanation for the increase.
