I arrived lost and confused looking for some guidance on what to buy for my beautiful girlfriend. Velma jumped in to action. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly guided me to the most beautiful ring I had ever set my eyes on. She then assured me that this was the one (my fiancee) When we came in to size it for her after she said yes. Thank you so much for being patient and also having fantastic prices.

I just love this store. I was in town visiting some relatives when I noticed my wedding ring was looking a little gray and sad. I found this store in Hutchinson thinking I’d just go in to have it quickly cleaned. I left not only with a gleaming ring, but also having made three new friends in the truly lovely and passionate-about-their-craft employees; manager Austin, Anita, and Velma. I found Austin incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He suggested a rhodium plating to restore my ring’s original engagement day sparkle in addition to a cleaning and steam dry. I couldn’t believe the results. I have been running into everything from walls to doors to house plants gawking at it. He also took the time to teach me about various exotic stones I was looking at. And then there’s the incomparable Anita. I challenge anyone not to fall in love with her. She is so kind and funny. She even let me watch as she cleaned my ring and explained the process to me in detail, while patiently answering all of my questions. And Velma is just an absolute doll. She really knows her stuff. You simply cannot go wrong in here. Their jewelry is of the highest quality as are their employees. Thank you Hutchinson Riddles for a wonderful experience! I can’t wait to return!

Anita was extremely helpful and with her asking a few questions she quickly showed me her suggestions. This suggestion was the one I bought. It showed me that she listened to what I was looking for and she was super nice.

My wife received a ring that was bought at Riddles. The opal fell out. It took weeks to get repaired. I had to call to find out the status. The ring had been there for days and no one called us.. And then not two weeks later the opal fell out again. She was fed up with riddles so she stuck the ring in the back of her jewelry case to never be worn again

We are visiting from out of town and stopped by with no intention of making a purchase but then I saw a ring that caught my eye for my wife that I just had to get for her. Our sales lady Anita was very curtious and she was not pushy which made the purchase very pleasant. The price was great and most importantly my wife is happy.

We visited three major jewelers in town who were unwilling to take on the task. Austin, a DCA Diamond Certified Goldsmith, listened to what we needed, did not see it as a problem and willingly took on the challenge. The end result was totally amazing! Amazing the lady was welling to answer any questions and she knew everything and she showed me and my girlfriend everything and was welling to help in any way such as telling us about other stores we can try and explaining how the jewelry was made and all sorts of stuff

Very bad lady working acted like I was an inconvenience. S h e could not tell us if work on a ring could be done. I had to tell her to measure my kids finger. She just did n or want to be bothered by us and there was no one in the store.
