Nice clean gym in a small nice friendly town...but lacking some of the standard PF machines (likely due to being on the smaller side). No large leg sled and the older line of equipment...All the best ab machines though! Only level 3 tanning but still decent.. I appreciate the truck friendly parking. Always a blessing for people like me who depend on it while out on the road 2 to 3 months at a time. Good job PF :)

This place is completely different under Jerod’s management. Before, I had left bad reviews on be survey’s because the staff just simply wasn’t up to par. Having experience in running clubs in the past, I saw things from a slightly different perspective. Some of the things were employees sitting at the trainers table with their feet kicked up, not wearing uniforms, sitting on the counters, etc.When Jerod got there, it was completely different. It seems as if he makes sure employees are doing what they’re supposed to. He walks the gym floor during prime time hours and ensures everything is picked up, functioning, and safe. He has certainly changed the place for good and it’s a completely different atmosphere! Planet Fitness is lucky to have a manager that is dedicated and shows he cares for the gym. 10/10–would recommend.

I love the environment! The staff that works in the mornings Dezzaray and Devin (I think thats how you spell their names) are so amazing! I look forward to going every day because of them.

The owner (a beautiful and intelligent young woman) was friendly and very considerate of my bad hearing helped me through the enrollment process. The facility is kept in perfect condition. Had my own key, great for those nights when my ptsd. Steels my sleep.

The staff and management are very nice and treat me like Im a VIP! Like how most of the staff know I tan when I come thru the door and usually set me right up with a room. The facility is clean! Maybe a little understaffed, cause the one gal works a lot of hours it seems. I would recommend this gym to anyone! Glad Im back going to the gym, feel great about myself again!

Sure missed going to the gym! Was very happy to hear no masks required now as well. To be honest, thats what kept me out of there for so long.Hubby and I both enjoyed the gym. As always clean and great service!

I had a big surgery and came home to recover with my dad. Came across this gym and the asst Mgr helped me get back in shape and strength my core. I have never felt and looked better!! She was awesome. Now my dad goes to PF after everything I told him about and he loves it too! Hes a black card holder and gets the hydro messages and does the red light therapy. I love this gym!! I just wish I had one where I live in Kansas. But I still keep my membership so when I do come across one I stop in and get a workout in and a really nice massage.

Everything is great except for not being 24/7 anymore...Which removed 2 stars of my rating because I work a 14 hour nightshift and cannot make it to the gym during normal hours. I want to go at midnight or 2 am on my off days because its what fits my schedule.. The hours were a huge part of why I joined PF. I understand covid and limiting hours temporarily. Other clubs are open 24/7 again, why not Hutch?

Place has plenty of workout equipment,air conditioning. Also has this to watch while you exercise. Price is reasonable per month

Amazing Gym ...!!! Hutchinson KS!!Chain is Great I go to them Across the country and this 1 is my BEST SO FAR. Only thing I can ask for is a Hanging Shower Cadie to put ur stuff on. I think it is ridiculous you are not open 24 hours. You have removed the mask mandate but still cant hold your end if the bargain up. You say you are a 24 hour gym. But guess it is not convient for you to actually stay open 24 hours like you used to. Glad ita all about you and not your customers. Other cities are open 24 hours but not hutchinson.

Friendly staff, nice people go there, good atmosphere. it’s nice and clean and a great place to work out. It’s usually not that busy either. At least at the time I would usually go. There are peak times though. It’s affordable too. I’d recommend it.

Great gym! They have plenty of work out equipment, and also tanning, massage chairs, Hydro massage beds, and friendly staff. The locker rooms are clean and well-kept and very spacious. Very affordable prices! You must have a bank account to get a membership. I love the fact that the gym is open 24 hours a day

I mean this in a good way saying its like every other PF Ive been to. Clean, orderly, and generally not overcrowded. I enjoy tanning here as well and always appreciate the fresh bulbs!

This is not a professional gym to go work out at. Its a place for a quick work out or for people getting back into the habit of exercising. I love the cleanliness of this place and the staff are some of the nicest people ever.

Love the gym and price. There is absolutely NO dress code enforced here. The staff needs to do their part in sanitizing the equipment also. Often times there are 3 or more staff sitting on their phones behind the desk. Usually gyms have zones for staff members to maintain. The machines literally have dust on them.

Theyre 24/7 which is good, but when there is girls wearing only bras while working out i dont feel like others feel comfortable... definitely no dress codec there!! I go at night and the workers dont seem to care about anything, always on their phones...People just sitting around and talking, holding onto weights waisting space its pretty annoying having to wait for weights that arent being used!! Should prob get new workers and maybe respond not only to the positive reviews and do something about it.

Went to go get a membership there and wanted the black label package and offered to pay for the whole year in advance or leave my credit card number on file but said they had to have a checking account number. With all the hacking that goes on if they get hit and my account is drained Im screwed. My credit card has protection against that. Wouldnt even let me prepay the whole year. Why not! Got a response back saying I should talk to the manager. According to the manager it is corporate policy and wouldnt let me prepay for the Black Card package.

Everybody is super nice, very clean, machines are so easy to use. Its my first gym experience ever and I absolutely love it. Working out here has boosted my self esteem. I usually have really bad social anxiety and was scared to go to the gym but after my first time, I was hooked! Highly recommend it.

Great place to exercise! Unless you want to be a professional body builder, I dont see a reason to go anywhere else. The people are friendly, its cost effective, the equipment is well taken care of, and its open 24/7 (my favorite part).

Every time I walk in the staff always has their noses in their cell phones. They have no idea how to operate any of the machines and when you go ask them a question about anything to do with the facility they just look at you like a deer in the headlights like they just want to say Im only here for the paycheck.

I am a black card member from Wichita. When trying to use the Hutchinson facility, they couldnt find me in the system. I had to call my home gym and get a number for and she still didnt find me. Then I had to sing a visitor list...Im not a visitor Im a memeber! Then when I wanted to us the total body, I had to sign another list. So I guess everyone gets to see who does what..privacy applies to every planet fitness but this one. Its clean, it has that going for it. Unfriendly staff.

This place is horrible!. I canceled my membership due to relocating for work and they continue to try to pull money out of my account for 4 months causing multiple overdraft fees they told me today that theyre refunding the $10 payment that they took out for the last month but are not able to refund me over $200 in overdraft fees the manager that I spoke to told me he was unable to give me any kind of customer care or higher Management contact information and basically I was screwed I had to wait on them to get back with me. What a joke stay away from Planet Fitness

Malfunctioning equipment. ive been at this gym since its opening, ALL of the upright bikes intermittently malfunction, after about 7-8 mins there is either no tension, or the tension is maxed out and the bike display flashes and resets. ive reported this each time there is a change in management, ive told at least 4 managers. i report it to employees when it comes up, most just shrug their shoulders. the equipment has never been taken out of service, or even tested after reporting issues. this applies to not only the upright bikes but more critical issues regarding loose nuts on cable machines etc. NEVER has a machine been taken out of service or even inspected after reporting an issue which allows plenty of opportunity to create completely preventable injuries. i shouldnt have to explain this.. when a customer reports an issue with a piece of equipment it should be immediately taken out of service, the problem should be documented, a safety evaluation should be performed and the equipment should not be placed back into service until the equipment passes set criteria. as of this morning, the bikes are still having issues with either no tension or max tension, then will reset about 7-8 mins in, i attempted to use 3 and gave up. reported the issue, all bikes remain in service. good luck catching your balance if you loose tension as your attempting to stand up on that bike, if there is any tension on it at all. im done.

So I sign up my son and pay $51.52 in fees for the basic membership in April, then in June, another $42.55 in fees shows up on my statement and when I call to ask why, it is supposedly, they say, to ensure that they can guarantee the $10.99 monthly fee. Really? If it is all upfront and transparent, why not bill it when you sign up so you know about it?
