I went in and had no idea what bed I wanted or how the process worked. Kathy walked me through the mattresses and explained the differences. I ended up with an amazing bed the very next day and even called the day after delivery day to make sure the bed was working out for me and comfortable enough due to my back n neck issues.

Everyone at the Hutchinson location goes above and beyond for their customers. Cody and Byron delivered our appliances and were super professional and helpful. Jaida made sure that we were taken care of by calling to make sure Cody and Byron did the right thing and there were no issues with our appliances. Cathy went above and beyond to make sure we had the matching appliances. We really wanted a kitchen table and the one we wanted was going to take 6-8 weeks to come in from Ashley’s... Cathy’s spent a couple hours calling stores to see what they had and found us a table at another store. She was super helpful in our process. I can always count on Mikes for amazing customer service and great prices. Thank you Mikes!!!

I had a very good experience! Employee nick Sanchez delivered our recliner to us and we loved his help then today nick also delivered our stereo to us in his own personal vehicle because the store was swamped with deliveries and he was so polite and friendly and hooked up the stereo for us and gave us tips! I am editing my review to reflect that this company is willing to work with you with regard to due dates if a life change happens. They just expect (and rightly so) communication from the customer to let them know when youll be able to make your payment. I had previously left a negative review because I felt the promotions I was promised were not being honored. Mikes rectified this, and I was given my promised free weeks. Most of the staff are courteous when I call in with a question, or come in to make a payment. What is more, unlike some rent to own companies I could mention, Mikes store has high quality, very nice merchandise that arrives in good condition. Used stuff looks like new. New stuff is NEW. I gave 4 out of 5, because I feel they are bit too aggressive with their payment reminders. Otherwise, they are great.

Zack and Nick were super helpful! They helped move super heavy furniture into my upstairs apartment without complaint! Very pleasant to deal with.

Came in, filled out an application, took all day to wait for it. This is the first place I went I could not take my product home. I had given them 4 references and it still wasnt good enough. To to rent a center!!!! This was a total joke, and a waste of 5$. *update* you called 2 times and didnt offer a refund till you replied to this message above. I already found what Im looking for way less, and brand new. Keep the 5 bucks. The way your store is ran and them calling me at sometime after 9 am to tell me to come pick my product up. So again its a joke. And 2 after the first call that I didnt pick up that would sorta give you a hint. I had everything done to your standards. And it wasnt good enough. Ive got excellent refrences.. and I dont need to deal with this company no more. Goodbye

I have rented here several times and have always had friendly, helpful customer service and the delivery and set up were quick and efficient, as well. Overall positive experience.

My payment was due TODAY and they sent their thugs to my house. I was in my bedroom changing clothes and they walked into my house! They also parked their van in my neighbors yard. after my neighbor complained to me and did he saw one walk into my house the manager straight out called me a liar to my face! I will NEVER GO THRO THEM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN! They are lucky my dogs are nice... I wont be if they ever do that again.

I saw a bicycle on Facebook Marketplace I messaged him and asked him if it was still available and made him an offer he accepted I told him I would be there in two and a half hours as I had to drive there he said yes I arrived to find that he had sold it to someone else. Well this is frustrating enough my main point was that he did not have the decency to message me or contact me in any way telling me that he had sold it and I ended up driving all the way there just to find out after his staff looked for it for 20 minutes that he had sold it out from under me. Not what I would expect from a reputable company.
