This place is outstanding. I was traveling through Hutchinson and needed some cleaning done in a hurry. They accommodated me and did a great job on my clothes. I really appreciate it!!!

The people that I spoke with regarding a 70 yr old feather blanket of my late grandmother gave good advice about its cleaning. They were also very polite, which is somewhat uncommon these days.

Terrific dry cleaners, extremely attentive and friendly staff! When you say medium starch, you get the perfect shirt back. Shirts were ready faster than promised, and staff was genuinely concerned about the condition and quality of their work. Will return every time!

I wish Ineeda Cleaners was more convenient but they did a nice job on our antique quilt. We have two more ntique quilts to take in for cleaning. Thanks!!

My mother brought her coat in to be cleaned. The tag said machine wash, but because it did not say do not dry clean they did which resulted in the all the trim being ripped to shreds. Obviously they knew they had made a mistake because she was suppose to pick up the coat the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, but when she went to pick it up they stated it wasnt back yet and to return in a couple of days. When she did return they told her it was a no charge . I could see why.They basically stated it wasnt their fault. They stated they would call her in a few days...Im not exactly sure why. Please be very, very specific when dealing with this establishment!!

Ive had nothing but bad luck with INeeda. Dry cleaning often comes back poorly pressed, and theyve never been able to remove stains. Im happy for those who have had a more positive experience, however.
