Ive never had any issues and my husband drives to Wichita multiple times a week, so lots of bugs. The guys always work hard to remove them all!

One of the employees hit the passenger side of my car (probably with the power wash wand) and made a huge scratch down the side of my car. Immediately after exiting the wash, we got an employee over there and filed a claim. Days later after processing they refused to accept responsibility and wont fix the issue.They literally have a claims department that seems like theyre scripted and trained to try to make you talk as much as possible and instill as much doubt about them actually causing the damage. Not impressed, would take your business elsewhere. Dont waste your time.

Great car wash. Love the membership so that I can go as often as I want to any of the club car washes anywhere. My only gripe is that I dont always get the car was I ask pay for. I pay for the MVP but sometimes I dont get the ceramic rinse. I also asked to have tire shine removed from my account because I live on a dirt road. It still get tire shine more often than not. All in all I love it, but wish their system would give the right car was to the right customer.

I love getting my car washed here. Plus there are lots of free vacuums. My car gets super clean, and they don’t take a long time. I definitely recommend coming here to get your car washed.

Nice employees. Love the free towels to wipe your vehicle. Every time I use a vacuum though the end part always pops off and I cant get it back on.. still the only place well go to wash our van 😊

Literally the worst car wash experience. No one was here to man the booth so I waited in line for 30 minutes unable to move. Don’t come here unless you have a VIP pass.

When I was rear ended in the tunnel of their car wash after an equipment malfunctioned. It was made to be my fault by claims department when video shows no proof they said there is no way that their equipment would Malfunction. I didnt ask for them to fix the dent I didnt even make an issue out of it! Manager was great but the claims department was horrible! Highly suggest not going cause if there is an accident they will not take ownership of any issues! My damage was minor and I was just made a fool of itches wouldnt even refund current month membership cause I had used the service. Your right if I hadnt have used it I wouldnt have been rear ended!

I liked it, but the thing that I didnt like, was the back of the van didnt get cleaned right, but the guy cleaned it himself, and we had a chip in the paint on the front of the van. That was the only thing that I didnt like. Other than that, it was pretty cool.

Vacuums are great! Best in town. Washes are just average for the cost. And cars get stacked in soo close. Theres always wrecks in the tunnel and it seems, from the outside looking in, like process doesnt change to help prevent.

Took my company car for a wash. Everyone friendly. But the wash itself was sub par. Had so many spots left that easily wiped away with the towel. And the two directing men at begining of wash kept giving different directions.. one said stop other would say go. I hope no one injures either that seems to be a safety risk!Vacuums worked well. Was fast. Sadly did not have time to stop in and ask manager if wash could be done over.

I really enjoyed going there to wash my truck. They did a great job on my truck.

When we go their is never anyone to take the money and I always have to hunt someone down. Each and every time. Today Saturday 6 people in line and its not moving. The car wash does a good job! So thats the only plus. They need to work on customer service at the one in Hutchinson KSThen they charged us 1 car wash and we bought the book that had 5 coupons in it and she took one out. So then we paid for 2 today. So I had to go back and get my money. So no you can try to rip me off Im smarter than that. So watch your receipts people!

Not worth the price. There are 3 options for washing. I chose VIP. Got in the same line as others. The washing time was pretty short. They wanted you to hurry your car forward. Only one time soap. Too pricy for what they offer

Asked for single car wash they charged me for a whole month. Sent an email and didnt get any reaponse from them. I called them when they tried charging for another month. And to this day still waiting on my refunds... Would only go if its a last resort.

It was okay, I know that I went at one of the busiest times of the day. When drying it off with the towels that you supply which I love them, seemed to be some grease on the passenger side that took some extra attention from my self. It wiped off with a little work.

My car was scratched at their facility I had owned the car for 6 days, its brand new and they are saying it was scratched previously to me going in... but I know that it was not!!! The pictures that they sent me of my car are distorted and show glare off of their windows and it looks like my whole car is messed up when you try to zoom i, but its a brand new 2020 car. I can see where the glare off of the window can be mistaken for something on my car but it is definitely not from before I went in. Before then, I had no problems what so ever. Not only does it have a crease all the way down the back of my car it has a smaller scratch down lower that goes deep into the paint that was not even addressed because when i asked the assistant manager to come take a picture of it he litterly didnt even get up to look at me just yelled at me from the office that he would tell Derek. Other than this incident and them refusing to compensate I had no issues. It was an amazing car wash Ill be sad not go there anymore.

Great Carwash, good vacuums, floor mat cleaners, even provide a microfiber towel to wipe down your vehicle. Monthly Pass is the only way to go with unlimited washes!

It started off great, but now the staff barely spray down my truck before being rushed into the wash. It still does a pretty good job and the lines arent normally too bad. Wish they could train up their help a little better

They use to take their tone but over last few months its gone down hill and always seems like they rushing even when not a line.

I give 4 stars, not having a faucet or a hose w/ spray nozzle to clean off mats (rubber) and to wet the towels with. Other than that the place is great !

Friendly, fast service. The vacuum we used couldnt pick up a pebble or even a straw wrapper, so that was disappointing.

When they first opened they were Great!! They now seem to be rushing one at the start, where they spray it off, and my windshield still had bugs on it and my head lights and bumpers, I still like the place, just a little disappointed the last couple of times

My car is always clean. Reasonable priced monthly plan.

Very disappointed in the service and management at this location. My parents had an issue with the automated wash damaging their vehicle. After months of waiting they decided they would not help compensate for the damage. My parents are in poor health with limited income and should not have to worry about things like this at this time. I would rather they drive a dirty vehicle than visit a location like this again in the future. Corporations like this have no business in a community like ours!

Very nice. However, the big selling point for me was the free coffee. 8 times I have tried to use that feature. 5 of them it was locked up for various reasons. Disappointed.

Ripped a long piece of window trim off of my late model Mazda. I guess that may happen at times. Called the phone number which connected me to the corporate office and twice spoke with customer representatives who said the manager would look for the trim and call. They never did. I would not recommend.
