Staff goes above and beyond!! Crystal the store mngr cut my 6yr olds hair who happens to be on the spectrum....needless to say she took her time showed him what scissors were gonna be used along with a test snip in the air so he knew the sound.....she frequently asked if he needed to itch himself (from the hair being cut) and engaged in positive reinforcing convo the entire time....needless to say we will be coming back again... it was an absolute positive experience.

Always a great cut

Sat for over an hour on a “23 minute approx wait”. They had two unprofessional stylists who spend more time talking than cutting hair. Been to many locations so I know it shouldn’t take over an hour to complete the three haircuts before me. I’d give zero stars if I could. My haircut didn’t turn out at all like I described. How does someone get their cosmetology license and not know how to do a high and tight?! Pretty easy cut and somhow I’m leaving with an Unblended and uneven cut. My line is off by atleast 1/8” from one side of my head to the other. Guess I’ll be going to great clips from now on which I never thought I’d say!
