Sheila was so nice and helpful when I had to help my mother find insurance, that my husband and I decided to give our business to Sheila and we are so glad that we did. Not happy. I have been with them for 16 years and I have filed mabey a handful of claims in the time I have been with them. My last claim prior to the one i just filed was 5 years ago due to vandalism. I file a claim because the roof on my camper is leaking and they deny the claim. So now I am out thousands of dollars. I am paying for full coverage and have for all these years. Never had a speeding ticket but they raise my insurance premiums also. This year instead if them being lowered even though there is no claims and a perfect driving record they still went up. And now I call after the adjuster was here and informed them that i need to talk to my agent and they tell me they will have her give me a call I have been waiting 3 hours now. The staff are great and have been helpful for the most part and I have never had problems with sheila or her staff. But American family in general I am very unhappy. Now to make the decision to move companies or stay.

We moved from a different state and Sheila was so easy to work with and accommodating while we were buying/selling and moving across country. She is detailed, honest, and wonderful to work with. We are happy we chose to work with her and plan on staying with her as long as possible.

We are extremely happy with Shiela and her staff. We realized we needed to make a change for our home and auto insurance from the provider we had been using for over ten years. We went to Sheila because we had referals from our church community. She went to work assesing our situation. She bettered our coverage on our car and house and gave us an honest answer on another family members car and our rental property-- which advised us to stay where we were for now. HOW HONEST IS THAT!!! We saved money on our change and realized the other change would not be in our interest for now. SUCH HONESTY. Thanks Sheila. We look forward to being your client for a long, long time. OH YES-- we have told many others already.

Entire office staff is very rude.Update: Since the owner decided to write a reply that she didnt see my name in their database, let me clarify that I am personally not a customer and you couldnt pay me to be one of Sheilas clients. Her office staff is insanely rude. My mother used to do business with Sheilas office and every time shed call or go in there she felt that she was a burden to them. Since she is older and doesnt understand the ins and outs of insurance, shed ask questions and the staff would give her condescending answers.

Sheila the gal working for u needs to be let go. I walked out the door today cause of her rudeness You could of had me as a client.
