Easiest auction company I have ever dealt with.They are very organized,and they were spot on with their paperwork and description of the house and lot. First time for me buying at the reno tax sale and I am very glad this company made it so effortless in doing so. I cant wait until they have another home up for auction. It has been four years since my property auction, and I still reel over the results....this company managed or mismanaged to transform antiques, collectables and high end furnishings appraised at a value exceeding $750,000 to an auction return of less than $15,000. You cannot imagine how stunned I was and still am. I requested a detailed accounting of the sale and never received this. But be assured there were more than 15,000 items to be sold from a residence of about 7,000 square feet... They all were in new condition (except the antiques which were excellent and rare). I was not at the entire sale, the parting was too great a pain for me to witness.. but I say this group dropped the ball completely for me. Still shaking my head.
