No notice of maintenance and water utility scams from the property manager. Cant recommend.

We had a great experience from the beginning! On our moving day, the site manager did a detailed walkthrough with us and ensured everything was safe. The on-site maintenance tech also greeted us and showed us around, this was very nice to be able to meet him and establish a working relationship with someone that may or may not be inside of our home doing repairs while we are gone (with notice). Our stay was nice and stress-free because the management was easy to get ahold of. After we moved out, they took money fairly out of our security deposit to carpet clean and do some final cleaning before a new tenant could move in and mailed us a check. Out of all the places I have rented at, Twin Oaks Townhome of Hutchinson, MN was very professional and conducted business honest and fair.

Carpet stinks from flooding,sould have been replaced. The neighbors smoke comes thru the ventilation some how...

The carpets had cigarrete fragments and the dogs pooped and peed all over the yard. I also was bit by one of the dogs there. The laundry room had poop on it and people were always using it because it was so tiny. The people there can be suspecious and creepy as well but not all of them.

Good place to live.
