It was a horrible experience. They movers left a tons of things in our old house. By 6:00pm they were ready to pack and lease despite of all of things pending to be put back together.They took off our refrigerator doors to move it in the house but failed to put back correctly resulting in water from the ice machine spraying on our hardwood floors and causing a lot of damage. I tried calling them and asking for a resolution but the guy on the line literally yelled at me and started blaming us for not turning off the water at the back ( which wasnt an issue). I will never recommend hiring them.They damaged a tons of things and asked us to email the pictures and said that their claims department will get back to us in a month. Over 10 days yet no response despite the seriousness of the situation.Two days after the move when we went back to our old house to check out the stuff it was wreaking as one of the movers decided to take a dump and didnt flush the toilet.Attaching some of the pictures of the floor & headboard damage.

I would definitely not recommend using these guys. Worst movers Ive dealt with so far. Moved from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The move took 6 hours to complete, costing $1075. The crew was very unprofessional, constantly arguing with each other. One guy blatantly said, I wasnt trained for this. when they were setting my chester drawer down at the new apartment. I made a similar move the year before from a 2 bedroom apartment on the third story to the home in about 3 hours and the move cost about $500. Would definitely not recommend these guys.

If you have to move, use these guys!I’ve moved A LOT over the past ten years, and this last time I was recommended by my friend to use Luke’s. It was the easiest moving experience I’ve had by far! The guys who helped me were very nice and professional, they took extra car with all my belongings, and mind you, most of my furniture is glass. So it was a relief to see the care they took with everything.My husband and I got moved in fast and smoothly, though I am hoping not to move for several more years, I’ll definitely be using this company!Thanks Daron and Jesus for all your hard work and care!

Moving crew Daron, Cameron, Sean, Raven, and Nolan did an awesome job. They were very proficient and skilled professionals. I have nothing but great to describe them.Taking one star off due to lack of management in the company. I don’t want to punish the movers with a bad review because they did an amazing job, but do want to warn others about the issue.I scheduled for a 8 a.m. move, got a call from the company at 8:49 a.m. that one of their trucks broke down and I will be rescheduled to 12 - 2 p.m. window. No one showed up so I called the company at 2:11 p.m., was told that the crew was at a second job and will be at my home by 4 p.m.. Crew lead called me at 4:17 p.m. to let me know they are heading to their 3rd job and will not be able to get to me for another 4 hours. Crew members eventually got to my house at 10:45 p.m. and completed my move at 2:15 a.m. They did compensate the reschedule by giving us 2 free movers and 10% off.Long story short, moving crew is excellent but I wish the moving company could invest in better trucks, no one wants to be moving at midnight.Thanks again to the great crew members!

I dont leave reviews for anything but these gentlemen deserve it I must say. The moving crew I hired this week was prodigious in every way they could have been in terms of professional movers.!! The crew led Daron, crew members Cameron and Nolan made this stressful situation very relaxing. The crew lead was very skilled in his roll and had an answer or solution to any issue we had. They were Very respectful of my belongings and wrapped every single item in blankets and shrink wrap to assure not one item to be damaged. The managment team whom I spoke to when scheduling my move were very pleasing and professional people and it showed in there technicians. Amazing job Daron and crew. Was not too thrilled with my experience with this company. While I was given the arrival time of 12-4pm, I did not expect the movers to quite literally show up at 4 pm, so just prepare for a later arrival if you use this company. I do not fault them for this since they technically were not late, but once arriving, my parents and I felt as though the movers were truly taking their time. I was even told by someone in my complex that they saw the movers hanging out in the elevator for a good while and didn’t even have the button to my floor pressed and they finally had to press it for them. They also stopped at a gas station while my hourly rate was running. I understand if the truck needs gas, but be better prepared and do this before my hourly rate starts.Overall, not a horrible experience, but not the best either. Everyone I talked with at this company was also very sweet so I appreciate that.

Damaged my new bed frame. Broke off a corner. Put several scratches in it. They tried to hide it by taping the corner back on and tried to leave before I saw it. Tape. Tape?! Come on, guys!And the guy called his boss and said I’d hear from them in 7-10 days. I called on day 10, and was told that I was suppose to email their claims department with pictures and that they lied to me.While the crew was nice, they showed up reeking of cigarettes and did not have a professional look, or professional attire. I just wish they didn’t lie about the damages. Now, I’m checking all of the items with a fine-tooth comb to make sure there isn’t more damage.

Lukes crew of Daron, Noaln and Jason moved us earlier this month. They did an excellent job! Very nice gentlemen. Michael, Sean and Tyler did an amazing job! I have moved 35 times in my life and this was the best move I ever had. First, they were about 30 minutes early and called 20 minutes prior to that to let me know they were on their way. Before they started, they were about to unhook my washer but noticed the shut off valve was leaking. I was able to get my maintenance out there to make repairs while they started loading boxes and other furniture. If they had waited to check the washer before they were ready to move it, it would have taken longer waiting for the repairs to be completed. They were both friendly and very professional. They took care of my things and wrapped all my furniture up so that it wouldnt get damaged. I would absolutely use them again and also highly recommend! They are the BEST!

These guys did a great job! It wasn’t easy as they had to move my 4 bedroom single home into a 5 bedroom 2 store and on a very hot day. I will be using Luke and his crew for my next move as well!! Thanks Luke and Jason!

You could tell these guys were close knit and cared about their job. They were quick and very efficient. The price was not bad at all!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality and level of services from Luke’s Moving services. Raven, Michael, and Z did a wonderful job. They were kind, courteous, and thorough. They had no trouble finding our condo building and they also picked up a few pieces of furniture in a professional manner for us from the furniture store. The young boys were very knowledgeable and manner-able. Mr Michael did an excellent job being the leader of the pact! They all were attentive and did a great job of packing and assembling our furniture. Baby blue is such a pretty truck! If I could say one bad thing it would be a wish I had of known about the 5 percent fee ahead of time because I could of went to atm and took cash out as we were on a tight budget and schedule to get completely moved in. Each one these guys need a raise and be put to good use! They really made it an easier moving process and take a huge load off of my husband and I who is on dialysis and can’t lift much or do many stairs.

My home was flooded in the Winter Storm and I hired them to move my entire home to storage. Three Months later when they moved us back in I shocked to find items missing and broken. A few things where diamond ear rings, a six foot painting and a family heirloom. I contacted the owner and informed. His response was that they didnt have any footage of the theft or breakage and that the employees no longer worked for the company. I tried multiple times to get some kind of reconciliation with no response. My family feels violated to say the least. This is NOT how a company should do business! I do not recommend them to anyone!

The Team showed up over an hour late. There were 3 movers. They had no game plan and didn’t work as a team. Two of the movers kept disappearing taking long breaks. It took longer to load and unload than it should have. They didn’t wrap some of the furniture. They broke a lamp due to poor handling. I wouldn’t recommend this moving company.

Daron, Nolan and Jeff were absolutely wonderful. Our original movers had canceled on us the day before and Luke’s moving stepped in on short notice to help. Our move also included 3 flights of stairs! All 3 men were great and had a great attitude the entire time. Very professional and good natured crew. The guys were late they moved my apartment great then started wasting my time meeting me at next stop taking too long then it all went downhill from there they dropped my 10 ft tall bar Armoire off the truck 4 feet off the ground I was so mad. Jason on the phone is pretty rude and unprofessional and needs to work on his customer service! Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever used. I Do Not recommend! Made a claim still waiting to hear back.

I wish I could put 10 stars. This company and our movers (Quentin and Jesus) were absolutely fantastic! Our closing kept get pushing back and I had to be forced to move our moving day and the lady that answered the phone was always super sweet and helpful! The movers showed up right on time and were exceptional, they were friendly and professional. I can’t say enough good things about Quentin and Jesus. Very amiable, funny, and more. They disassembled all our furniture at our apartment and reassembled everything back in our new home. They were extremely careful not to scratch walls or damage furniture. Even with rain, they protected our belongings and got the job done! Will definitely recommend Luke’s Moving and tell them to ask for Quentin and Jesus.

I was very pleased with my move this weekend. Q and Jesus did an amazing job. They showed up on time and got me moved in my quoted two hours exactly. They disassembled, shrink wrapped, moved, and reassembled my furniture keeping everything in tact. If you all need help moving I highly recommend this company and hopefully you all get Q and Jesus as your movers. They are professional and friendly.

Horrible Service! hours late! Move was finished after 12 am. Originally scheduled 12–4 pm window. No one called to let me know. Lack of tools to arrange move & missing items upon unpacking at home . An important bag was left on truck. Days later I still did not receive the bag. I will never use this moving company again. One star is for 2 guys actually doing the move were nice & hard working. Poor management seems to be the issue.

The guys at Luke’s; Daron, Alex and Josh did a fantastic job with the move. They never stopped moving, they were polite and friendly, and they didn’t damage a single wall or personal item. Our family did an in town move (no packing by them) and were very pleased with Lukes and the crew. Jason came out to review our old house and make sure the truck would be big enough for our items. The crew - Charles, Cameron, Marcus, and Raven - showed up on time with Bertha (the biggest trailer) and moved all our furniture with great efficiency! I called the weekend before my anticipated move and was able to secure a date before I needed to be out of my leased place. The hourly fee was average, but they handled everything with care. Including my Samsung refrigerator that required the doors coming off to move out of my place. They also made sure I did a check to make sure everything was taken out of each room. After lone star express movers didn’t show up I called Luke’s and they were able to get me moved at 9am the following day. Daron, Camron and Aaron worked swiftly and efficiently. Luke’s was wonderful. My apartment had severe storm damage and my lease was cancelled and I was given 7 days to move. Luke’s came to my rescue moving with very little notice. Daron, Nolan and Raven were wonderful. I had a ton of boxes and I was on the third floor. The move was made more complicated by a neighbor also moving that morning but, that didn’t slow them down or stop them at all. They took great care of my belongings and despite my terrible job packing, not a single item was broken or damaged. I highly recommend Luke’s and specifically Daron, Nolan and Raven; they’re service is worth the money, Red Bull & Gatorade.

These guys were great from start to finish. Fast, fair quote, confirmation the day before, again 15 min before arrival, and on time for the move. Q and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The guys were nice but as my things were being moved one of the guys spilled tiki oil in a a box of things for my patio and left it by the first floor neighbors which I found later when I went back to do a walk through of my apartment on the third floor. Then, when I got to the new house my I noticed one of my mint green couch cushions for my large sofa had three cigarette holes in it. Which no one in my home smokes and holes were not there prior to the move. As I was unpacking boxes, I found that one of my deceased fathers pictures was shattered. All the boxes are unpacked and I still haven’t recovered my large Bluetooth speaker and my 8 year old daughter is upset that her mason jar of money is still missing that had over $200 in it. I’m assuming they are also paid by the box because some boxes had very little in them and piles of packing paper. This was my first time using a moving company and with this experience I realize why I prefer packing and moving my things myself.

Derrick, Cameron, and Charles were fabulous. We had a bad experience with our last move and this was night and day difference. They were efficient, courteous, and professional. I have already recommended them multiple times!

MISSING BOXES and a Large Luggage with a Canon Rebel 2000 Camera that also included clothes, shoes and my daughters jewelry box that was a gift from her grandpa and her souvenirs and photos. The guys were very nice and efficient moving my things, but COUNT your boxes to make sure you’re Not missing things if you use them. I didn’t miss my camera until a couple of weeks later until I went to use it. I wasn’t watching them pack or unpack unfortunately because I was busy packing and unloading my car. We literally moved a couple streets away, so not sure how this would’ve happened. I’m very disappointed this happened especially after reading all the other reviews. I’m a single mom with two daughters which is why I hired them. I hope it was an honest mistake and someone turns in our things soon. I just sent an email to claims, let’s see the response. Hope this is helpful if you plan to use them.

The dispatcher (i believe her name was Holly) was incredibly sweet and very kind. Helped me through the process easily.The movers James and Charlie were incredible!. They were extremely patient with me while I was in stressed mode (and crying ) they were very professional, kind, and charismatic. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were quick and careful with my stuff. I honestly wish them the best !Thank you !

They made an appointment to come and see the items in my home for 0930 hours, but they NEVER showed up and NEVER called.I called to ask what happened, they took my name and number and I NEVER ever heard from them again. I would NEVER EVER call or do business with those jokers. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS. If This is an example of their service, then VERY BAD company. VERY DISAPPOINTED. And they were recommended to me by a REAL Estate agency.

The movers were nice. Came within their time frame as agreed upon. They were careful not to scratch any walls which I really appreciated. The only thing I didnt like is a lot of my stuff was dragged. Instead of 2 people carrying their heavier stuff it felt like the guys didnt like working together so everyone did their own thing resulting in a lot of my stuff being dragged instead of carried. Also I felt like the lead guy didnt want to be bothered and at one point even gave me an attitude because I hadnt shown him a few totes I had forgot to mention initially. I felt like I was paying them but it was a bother to tell them where stuff was. Towards the end I felt like the 2 other guys slowed down a lot I found one taking multiple smoke breaks and the other hiding behind stairs to use their phone. I didnt think it was necessary to have all those breaks in a 2hr window. Id rather they take a 15min break in between stop the clock and then move on. If im expected to be professional at my job I think its only fair to be courteous and do the same. Overall it was fair service. Not sure if Id use them again but worth trying out.

I normally dont leave reviews but We had another mover cancel on us the day of the move. Lukes was able to schedule us for that day and in under an hour they were at our place. They went above and beyond. Roy, Derek, Sean and Raven were all very professional. Took good care of our belongings and our new home. I would definitely reccomend this company. They had good people and good service. Worth the money for excellent service. I would reccomend them highly. Next time a friend or family member moves I will definitely advise them to use Lukes. Fast and excellent service from friendly people.

For real....choose a different company if you need movers. Worst customer service I have ever had while moving. Ive hired moving companies twice before. Both great experience. Jakes Moving was the worst experience I could have had. After the 2 movers were almost 4 hours late, they finally showed up and began. I am disabled,so I was unable to go back and forth. Even thou I was only moving a couple of blocks in the same Apartments. So I stayed at the new place while my caregiver stayed at the old place cleaning. After a couple of hours, I got a call from the office lady. Told me that it was too big of a job for 2 people and would have to send out another mover. Then tried to blame me for the mix-up. They said that I never told them it was a 2 bedroom apartment nor that it was upstairs. All lies. When I scheduled the appointment, We went through a checklist of all of the specifics. Including listing all of the heavy stuff. The whole reason I was moving was because the stairs were hard for me and so I transfered to a downstairs unit. The movers were nice at first. Until stuff started going wrong. They misplaced a few parts to a couple of things. Broke my theater chairs, and left as much stuff as they moved. When I asked them about the power cord for the theater chairs, they got an attitude and blamed me for that too. Said they left a bunch of cords that was in the corner and how were THEY supposed to know which one it was. I said it was the one you unplugged from the chairs. They didnt understand. Then when I was putting the final piece of it together, the last piece was broken off. They didnt even remember moving it. Said it was like that when they got started. 1 guy snapped at me to go to Home Depot and get a 25 cent thing to fix it. Im the end, they left after 9pm, charged me almost $1000, and blamed me for all of their shortcomings, and had 2 friends do more than the movers and finished the job. I could have gotten over the price, their shortcomings,and even the breakage, were it not for the blatantly horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor. Choose another Company for your moving needs.

Roy & Q did an amazing job! I had to reschedule due to the winter storm snd they accommodated me with no problem. Job was quick and stress free! Thanks to Holly as well for being such a sweetheart!

First I would like to say that this company is beyond great. Not only are the movers so helpful but very handsome. Specifically this one young, tall, skinny, caucasian man name Tylor. He was so helpful during the move it’s surprising that he did everything by himself. Moved a whole fridge! Like wow! That’s amazing I’m so happy and will definitely hire again. Our moving team was amazing!!! The four man team we were given worked hard and was very well mannered. They didn’t complain at all even though they had to move a 2 story house an hour away into another 2 story house. I’m highly recommend using them!

Everything was made so easy from the first contact getting a quote, to the scheduling. I was given a time window and then a same day phone call with an ETA. James and Aaron did an amazing job. For my budget, I really needed to stay at 2 hours max and even with loading, unloading at storage and then getting to the apartment they hit the mark. Not a single item dinged or damaged!

Our move was amazing. We found Lukes via their reviews on Google and cancelled the company we had already scheduled just to use them.. We had a VERY full house which resulted in a very full truck. Lukes crew, which included Quinton, David W and Jessie, worked constantly, quickly and tirelessly. Not once did they grumble or complain at the sheer amount of stuff we had or the commercial sized treadmill they had to move out of a small space. If I ever have to move again I will only use Lukes. Amazing job and reasonable prices. Nice job guys, and thanks for helping us move!!

I used Lukes Moving Services for 2 recent moves, one into storage units when my closing was delayed and one into my new house. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and got both moves done very quickly. James, Nolan, Bobby (1st move) and Daron, Cameron, Aaron and KCI (2nd move) were all very personable and very helpful. They have moved us twice and did such a great job!! They were even super sweet to my kids which definitely isn’t in their job description!!

The guys worked so hard and they stayed very positive although they had to climb to the third floorWith furniture and Heavy boxes. Nothing was broken or scratched. Excellent job!!

Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Holly was able to set up a move within 2 days of calling, really just 1 day. Terry, Roy, and David communicated well, were right on time, very efficient and very easy to work with. They were met with an unforeseen & unfortunate situation but handled it spectacularly. Huge shout out to Lukes! We had booked another local moving company out of Keller, TX, based on a friends recommendation. They confirmed the night before our scheduled move that they would be here in the morning between 7-7:30, but then text us (not called) at 7:20 a.m. on moving day that they were unable to do the job. With a huge winter storm coming our way, I contacted several companies looking for last minute help to get us moved. Lukes for the win! Lukes showed up the next day to get the bulk of our house moved to our temporary rental four blocks away. With snow starting to fall and temperatures, too, they kept at it! Luckily, our closing was pushed back, so they returned the following week to move a few items that were left plus the garage to storage. We will definitely be using them again! Q and crew (David, and Tyler) did a great job moving me from my 3rd story apartment to my townhome. They trekked through Texas snowpocalypse to help me with my move and were champs about it! They were professional and were able to move me as quickly as they could despite the ice and snow on the ground. They assembled my appliances and furniture and handled my belongings with care. I would highly recommend Lukes Moving Services and will definitely be using them for my future moves.

James, Jesus and Nolan did a good job moving us. Someone called us the day before the move to confirm our schedule time between 12pm and 4pm on 2-22-202. James called us 30 to 45 minutes before they came at 12:45pm. The crew was polite and ask us questions about what we needed. It took them 4 hours to move with a short break in between.

I have been stressed out for the last week on how I was going to get my house packed up & moved. I called the office & instantly felt relieved. Holly & Melissa helped calm me down enough to where I was able to understand what needed to be done.
