They were friendly, came out quickly and professional. Took care of our wasp issue and it is guaranteed for 60 days. The price is a little steep, but I think that is normal for pest control these days. We would use them again.

We had Eric come out to the house first hung this morning. He was on time for the appointment and very friendly. It was our first time hiring a pest control service and he told us about all the compounds he was using and how they worked. We shopped around through several services and found that mid cities was a great value and came highly recommended to us my a family member.

Eric did an A+ job. My grandbaby was asleep, I have several dogs that bark when they hear the slightest noise. Eric completed the entire inspection without 1 single bark and and the baby never woke! He is a true Blessing for sure!

I could not be more disappointed with the complete waste of money their services were. I work in the industry and have renovated several homes. I paid over $300 and they caught absolutely nothing. I was more than capable to do the job plus some for the service I received. Representatives were very nice and professional, but it was the fastest $300 Ive ever lost with absolutely nothing to show for it. Not only that, but for who knows how many days I went in the attic to see the lazy reps went right up the ladder and put the cage directly to the left of it, when the hole to the house was no where near that. They extended it for me as a courtesy, but caught nothing. They tried absolutely nothing different other than moving the trap - did not add another trap or anything worth paying for - simply put food in a trap in a cage and left there and checked each day. I would be embarrassed to take someones hard earned money with nothing to show, but they are happy to do that. I will never work with them and likely the industry again. Save the money, buy multiple traps and if you want the job done right, do it yourself.

This has to be the worst pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. I have been dealing with a infestation of bed bugs for the past month. They are very unprofessional. The exterminator kept questioning me on the 3 rd visit if o really had bed bugs. I told him to look at my legs, arms and back and I have bern living with them for the past month. They did not encase my mattress and springs after treatment. Bugs all over the top still. I had terminix come out after they came to give me a quote and free inspection and I indeed do have bed bugs. The exterminator that came out has been with terminix 30 years. He told me that Mid Cities Pest Control had done nothing correctly. The nerve Andy Peterson had to email my landlord saying that it’s not bed bugs and I refused to let the exterminator in. Total lie. I got a bad feeling about him and I was right on. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and had a attitude from the minute I met him. Total waste of money and time.

Eric and his trainee put out mole rat traps and the other Eric treated my yard for Army worms. No more Army worms and still waiting for the moles to be caught.

We’ve been using mid-cities for many years now, for a number of locations. They are great!! Marcus is fantastic. We always request him as a tech whenever possible. If anyone asks for a good pest control company, we happily recommend them.

Each one that has been at our home is always so fast, goes above and beyond to get rid of any problem we are having, and also answers all my questions. Friendly, kind and considerate. All scheduling staff are experienced and professional. Scott did not just get rid of an ant problem in our attic, he investigated until he found an almost invisible source of ants getting into our house through 1 small leaf on a bush. We were impressed and pleased. The owners have high standards.

We were new to the area and felt like prisoners in our own home because of multiple wasp nests and fire ants. I called Mid Cities and they came and I signed up for a one year plan and we have had absolutely no creatures sharing our house with us since then. Each employee I have dealt with has been super nice, knowledgeable and professional! Way to run a business!
