Leah did my wax this morning and she is amazing!!!! Truly. From the moment I got there to the moment I left, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Serina is the BEST! I went there for a couple of waxing services and she made me feel comfortable. I had a bad experience before her getting a Brazilian at a different place, and based off her technique used, Im forever a fan of European Wax Center! Seen they where open always wanted to go in. Finally did, and I couldn’t have been happier. I was greated by a nice and very friendly lady who helped me out as it was my first time. Mentioned I was in a hurry as well and she said yes mama no problem. I only waited 2 minutes as I was welcomed by my personal waxer Leah, she guided me into the room and told more all about the facility. As we proceed we where in a private room which I loved because it showed focus for only me and not be distracted by other clients or employees. The room was very clean as well !! I only got my lip and eyebrows done and was skeptical to get waxed again because I’ve always trend before waxing. This wax was omg so amazing !!!!! She told me all about as she worked her magic on me. After all was done I seen what great work she had done and I’ve been telling everyone !!!I I didn’t have hardly any irritation or redness, which I loved !!!! That’s what made me stop waxing in the first place. Am so glad I went in and if you’ve thought twice about going in stop n save yourself the overthinking and GO IN NOW !!!!

Great place. I’m visiting and was able to call and get an appointment within 45 minutes. I was in/out quickly. My technician was professional and thorough, as well as genuinely nice. My wax has lasted longer without new growth after using the serum the tech recommended. Would recommend as well as visit again if needed whenever I’m in the area.

This company is very unethical, they do not disclose company expectation during the interview process nor during training. They have employees sign unreasonable contracts. There’s a reason EWC has such a terrible reputation in the workforce. I’m glad i decided not to move forward with this company.

I usually go to Brow & Wax Wizard in Plano which is the best wax studio - $23 for a Brazilian! But they were booked so I went to Elyssa at European Wax in Hurst for my Brazilian. Bad decision! First, I’m used to going into the room by myself, getting undressed & laying on the table. Then my girl knocks on the door to see if I’m ready. Elyssa came into the room with me while I undressed & stood there waiting for me to lay on the table. Made me feel super uncomfortable. She then asks me all these questions while waxing me -“how long since u had a Brazilian, do they ask you this, how long does it take for them to do it, what’s the name of the place, what wax do they use, etc etc”-I’m not trying to have a conversation with you; I’m just trying to get waxed lol 🤦🏼‍♀️ Then afterwards there was still a lot of hair there & she got frustrated that she had to do it all over again. Crazy! I’m used to all the hair being gone during the first sitting. Paying over $50 for the Brazilian was not worth it! I’ll continue to keep driving to Plano from Bedford to go to Brow & Wax Wizard; that place is worth it for sure!

This was my first time coming here and second wax ever I believe this place is not meant for big girls the girl I had seemed nervous the entire time she kept shaking went over some spots twice and I still had hair the only reason I came here is bc my original person was booked and it was last minute I got the Brazilian wax and it was a partial one done i still don’t understand the reservation thing I made one for a certain time and had to come back 2 hours later to get it

When you find a Fab Esthetician you stick with them. I love Heather and Elyssa. The customer service at European Wax Center in Hurst is great and the prices are fair. Ive never had a bad or weird experience at this location and Ive had MANY different services here over the years, they are really good about matching you with an Esthetician to get you in.

Wendy is amazing! She always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. The products that Ive purchased are great. Front desk women are always super friendly. A good wax does the body good!

Waxing is not for me but this place was nice and the technician was very friendly. She was able to calm my nerves since it was my first time. If you have very sensitive skin like me then I would suggest you try it for yourself to see if it is for you. Drink plenty of water the day before so that youre hydrated and exfoliate the area before you go.

Devin is my girl ...shes very thorough ...extremely detailed! She walks you through it and her friendliness is contagious. The front desk girls are always professional and very sweet .

Rosa was the best!!!!! Ive been back since shes left and the other technicians are great, just not Rosa. Someone asked where Rosa is located ...she currently providing the same services with Blush at Bishop Arts Hair Salon. I plan to visit her there...but this location will definitely be my go to when Im unable or dont want to drive to Dallas. Hopes this help

Bad service! You show up early to your appointment and they still take forever.

Heather did a great job fixing my brows and even showed me how to fill them in and make them look good! The salon has packages where if you purchase waxes in advance, you get a few for free. I loved this salon and will definitely be back.

I loved my wax specialist Rosa. But I called today and was told she is no longer with the company! Does anyone know what company she is with now? She was the best at making you comfortable. Nobody like her! So disappointed that she isnt there anymore.

Horrible customer service. I was charged twice for services and after calling 7 times and sending multiple emails to management I still have not received my refund. Many people acknowledged there was a system issue that day and every day told me I would be refunded but I still haven’t even got a phone call from management or anything. My card was charged on 12/23 and today is 01/03 and still no refund. DO NOT GO HERE

I was so stressed going in for my first session, after all I was a first timer for EVERYTHING, I think I called them 4 times before going (I know ridiculous) but I was so worried with the stories I had been told and the research I did...to be honest I don’t know what even convinced me to go, but I’m SOOOO happy I did! My specialist was amazing Hannia! Shout Out to her! I waited a few days to review because I wanted to see if it was really worth all the fuss you hear about it. It’s so worth it! She made me feel so at ease and like she knew me for years. We talked the whole time and it was actually a pleasant experience. I have since been back just so I could get the products she recommended and get started on the wax pass! If I could go higher than a 5 I so would on my rating for her and the complete staff!

I used to go to the European Wax Center in Hurst regularly. It has really gone down hill. Recently I have tried two different waxers with less then idea brow results, however I tried one more time as it is an easy stop on my way home. During my most recent appointment I tried to call and say I was running late for my appointment and I was put on hold for 7 minutes. When I arrived 7 min late I was told I had missed my check in window. I informed the woman working the front desk I had tried to call, but was put on hold. She said she was really busy which I took to mean too busy to answer the phone. Needless to say there are many other waxing services in the area- go somewhere else.

First time getting a wax here and it was amazing took about 20 minutes it was not bad like i thought it would be amanda took very well care of me clean facility bathrooms were clean room was clean. Had an amazing experience will be going back in 4 weeks for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE!!They were being so rude from the second I walked in. The girl at the front desk greeted me like she could care less if I was there, and when I asked her about the free wax promo I saw online, and she snapped that it was “half off, not free”, then she went back to the rooms, and started laughing and yelling something to the other employees there. The girl that was supposed to wax me came up still giggling, looked at what I was getting, and started laughing while telling me that for my first wax that was not going to happen, but we’ll try to see how fast we could get.I had tried to call the week leading up to my visit, but no one ever picked up the phone, and since the voicemail is full, you can’t leave a message to have them call back. Even while sitting in the waiting area they ignored that the phone was ringing.This visit was so embarrassing and uncomfortable, and I cannot believe that they would be so unprofessional especially given the field they’re in.

I was in town for vacation and stopped by and they were able to accommodate a reservation short notice

This place ROCKS!!!

Scheduling and rescheduling (if you need to) is super easy. If you have the app you can schedule on there. Everyone is nice but some waxers have more experience than others. You can go to the same person every time but you don’t have to. Most of the waxers are very very good. I recommend going to a few different people then picking your favorite person and sticking with them. Or you could get a great waxer the first time. Also, If you pay for a package of waxes you get a better deal.

The location is lovely very clean and professional. The staff was nice and welcoming. Once I was moved to the back room for service the lady had a very dry personality and immediately came off rude and impatient! As for the actually service I asked to clean my brow and thin them out.... well once she was Done”, I had to tell her to wax more off. Eventually I just told her it was fine because I didnt want her to make them worse. I came out looking the same way I went in. Very disappointed with the service and not worth the $18.00.

I have been going here for 3 years, no complains. And my waxer is awesome.

The service started out really good. Full Brazilian wax, the experience was great and the technician made sure I was comfortable. All of a sudden things changed. The experience is still great, however, the after effects have been terrible. Ithought It was because I used a different technician, until I went to my normal waxer and got the same results. I switched from full Brazilian to full bikini with a triangle strip to remain. The strip was crooked on more than one occasion. Not to mention, the in grown hairs and bumps went wild. I had previously gotten one or two bumps maybe from the warmth of the wax or just the process of having a wax, but now...wherever hair was removed, that area was replaced with bumps. Horrible. So I decided to cancel my wax pass until I can figure out what has changed. Two weeks later, my credit card is charged for the wax pass anyway. Now I have a bumpy nussy and Im being charged fo service I no longer want. SMH.

I have been to this place twice. 1st time was fine. 2nd time they put me with a brand new girl. While she was very very sweet, she didnt know what she was doing. Usually i am in and out in about 20 minutes, this took over an hour. When I told her she didnt get everything she said that was all she could get and I could get the rest on my next visit. Why would I pay another 60 bucks to get the rest later? She had to bring in a more experienced waxer (who was great by the way) to redo everything. Which means I was way over exfoliated and now have pealing. Also I was used as a teaching tool, which would be fine if I wasnt in a hurry and maybe got some compensation for it. I was still charged the full amount in the end. I was furious.

I have been to this location a few times for my chin and lip. Everyone is always nice and professional. Arissa is so peronsable and has great attention to detail, so shes my preferred specialist. She took care of me when I did my very first wax. She was so patient and made me feel at ease by explaining what she was doing and why. She also gave me some skin care tips. Theres a location closer to my house, but I prefer going to this one because Arissa is so friendly and takes pride in doing an excellent job.

I have been going here for almost a year and let me just tell you, I LOVE IT. I came in for a brazilian, and it was my first time. I was of course absolutely terrified, but the girls at the front desk were SO nice and promised it wasnt going to be so bad. They were right! It was over really fast, and I barely had any irritation after. Way better result then shaving. The waxer was super informative, she walked me through the whole process, and went the extra mile to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I highly suggest you give this place a shot, they will take excellent care of you!

Its always a great experience coming here to the Hurst location however sometimes the waxers dont completely remove all the hair. Other than that the location is great and clean.

It completely depends on who you get. Tiffany is great so ask for her. I went about a month ago and left in tears. Brianna burned my skin when I told her the wax was way too hot. She said “it’s the right temperature ur just cold”. No it was scalding hot making an already painful bikini wax unbearable. I left still having to pay for a full service even though I had to stop the wax halfway through because of how slow and painful she was performing it. Disclaimer: I hadn’t got a bikini wax in a couple years so I knew it would be painful and figured it was just me. About a half hour I left though I still burned, I looked down and blisters were starting to form where she applied the wax and small specks of dried blood. NOT NORMAL. I called the salon and told them to check the machine’s temperature so no one else would go through that and got a voicemail later from the manager asking me to come back in to see what the associate did to me. Although I appreciated her call I will never be going back to a EWC again after that experience. If a client is telling you the wax is burning then don’t just ignore them. Everyone’s skin is different.

A bit pricey but they listen to your needs and have excellent hours with little to no wait.

Very expensive and do not respect the time of the appointment but if you arrive a little late they cancel the service. Sometimes the lady in Front desk is very rude.
