I started by emailing Shane. Told him my build, he made recommendations and even helped save money by recommending different parts. I then bought the parts brought them to the store and Brian built the desktop for me. Mind you, i spent a lot of money on this build, i could definitely tell that they valued my desktop like i did. I normally dont leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with pchelp. I had called and asked about building my computer, they said I could bring in my own parts, even thought I started to build it but I gave up because it was over my head. The price was very reasonable. So my girlfriend and I stopped in and dropped off the parts, a few hours later we got a phone call that it was all done! We went to pick it up and I couldnt believe how perfect everything was. The cable management was superb and it looked so clean, not one wire showing and everything was neat and cable tied. I originally took my PC to this place because of all the positive reviews. They did not let me down. I think I had one of the strangest issues they’d ever encountered, but they maintained great communication with me. They had my PC for about 6 weeks while I was waiting for parts to arrive in the mail to replace parts I had that were ruined by an electrical storm. They answered my phone calls, answered my questions, listened to me, and were overwhelmingly genuine to be around. They took time to explain things to me (more than once if I needed it). They didn’t at all overcharge me or try and take advantage of me by recommending things I didn’t need. I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. If I ever need PC help again, I will immediately go to them again without hesitation. Tom and Brian both helped me and were genuinely decent people. They actually seemed to have my satisfaction in mind the whole time. Fantastic experience!

I needed a digital conversion, and my pc needed a repair and updating to a 500GB SSD. These guys delivered! Super fast! I highly recommend these guys!

Dont go here, they scam for repairs, I went in with my laptop and the guy tried telling me I had a fried motherboard without even opening it. Went home and opened the thing myself and found that the wire in the battery connector was bent, I bent it back and it worked fine. They tried charging me $120 for the motherboard without even looking. Additionally the guy told me I dont know how much they sell hard drives for online, but we sell them for $200. You are telling with computers laying around you that you are repairing, and with all you experience, you dont know how much a basic hard drive is? (They cost not even $40 btw). Dont go here unless you want to get cheated out of your money.

I needed a charging cord for my elderly moms laptop. Amazon, Best Buy and even ASUS direct couldnt help. Upon reading reviews of PC-Help, I went there. Tom was able to power up the laptop and had a power cord that fit the computer. He was a lifesaver. That said, I will never buy ASUS products again as everything is proprietary which makes it difficult to service, imo. But I will definitely use PC-Help in the future.

Got to tell you, this is the ONLY place you need to go for PC help!!I have been using this business for about four years now, and wont go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, and a great value...I will give you three examples:1. Brought my wifes HP 17 laptop (this was years ago). At that time, the screen didnt seem to be anchored correctly into the frame of the laptop and was lose. I read that HP used plastic anchors, and the only solution was to order a new case and have everything reinstalled...or you could glue the screws in, and hope for the best, as thats a band-aid not a solution. Brought it in, and the gentleman (I think it was Bryan) called me about a half-hour later and told me that the screws were merely lose. The plastic anchors were not stripped and after he screwed it back in, I was ready to go. - They easily could have told me I need a new case, and I would have never known...but they did the honest and professional route.2. I installed some highly recommended IOLO System Mechanic Software, that PCMAG gave 4.5 stars (and was the editors choice), onto my home computer...thought it would make things run more efficiently and I would be up to date on all my drivers. Lo and behold, I implemented the updates, and there went my three screens...NOTHING worked and it messed up my GeForce graphics cards...just a mess. Brought it in in and they replaced it (old cards) with new graphics cards (all HDMI), and my three 32 monitors are working perfectly...all for a very reasonable price.3. Yesterday, my PC started to experience audio/visual/processor millisecond pauses...almost like computer glitches in the Matrix...I thought Morpheus, is that you? :) Anyway, I hadnt done a thing, but brought it in, as I thought the 500MB SSD was going out. They ran tests and found that my PC had auto updated some windows drivers, and that was screwing me up. They cloned my PC onto a 1TB SSD card (I brought in) and had me fixed and running new within a few hours...again, for a VERY reasonable price.In closing, finding efficient, competent, and honest computer technicians isnt always easy, and I am HAPPY I found PC Help.

I came in morning with a pc that I built that didn’t turn on and before I could even make it home I received a call that my pc was up and running. When I came in to pick it up they invited me to the back to prove everything was working as well as show me where I had gone wrong in my build. The staff there was incredibly friendly and I’m extremely glad I went here instead of other services such as GeekSquad or MircoCenter as I feel I wouldn’t have received the same amount of customer service. I have had my pc up and running for a few days now and everything is running smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to come here instead of other companies as the care they show is unmatched.

I dropped off my computer at PC-Help and Jarrett did a great job of explaining the process of getting my system diagnosed. He kept me updated throughout the process and once I approved the repair they got right to work so I got my system back quickly. I will definitely come to them again when I need help in the future.

Had someone log in to my computer saying they were from Microsoft. I made a big mistake letting them in and they messed up my computer really bad after I told them I wasnt going to pay them anything. Great guys.I have had them work on 3 builds over the last year or so ranging from A older build having port problems that they fixed to more recently A upgrade to the old build moving all the parts into A new case and replacing 2 parts (The GPU and installing A SSD) that came out great and 2 and half weeks later still running strong.I also at the same time had A new build built from the ground up that is running like A beast 2 and half weeks later as well.Turn around time for both new builds was less than A day they helped me get them into the back of my SUV and informed me of some useful tips about the builds.I highly recommend using them if you are having trouble with A PC or are wanting to have one built.They are my go to guys for any problems in the future.Thank you guys!-Ross

I had once gone to another location back some years ago, for which I was reluctant to find that someone could perform the service I needed for my dell laptop. It needed a new LCD installed, and I though that for the price and labor what I paid was fair, However, about 2-3 weeks after, my LCD suddenly loses brightness. I couldnt possibly fogure out what had gone wrong. Only until last year, and I’m kicking myself for not realizing sooner, I could’ve paid after getting just the parts and doing the labor myself(which is extremely easy) I could’ve saved a lot of money and trouble in the long run. I didnt need to spend that kind of money.

PC Help is awesome! They do what they say and call with updates when they say they will. All business claim to have Friendly Customer Service but PC Help really does. They explain things in plain language instead of computer lingo. I have been using them for years now and every time I have been happy with their service. My computer works better each time I bring it home from either a simple back up to replacing my hard drive on a 10 year old lap top.

My PC was full of viruses that made it to where it wouldnt even boot up, had del hard drive and put a fresh copy of windows on it. Was only 125 bucks, even had the add a few choice programs on to my laptop for free without charging me great place great guy great service.

I have used PC Help twice now and plan to use them again. Their service is excellent. Informative, friendly and knowledgeable. On my first visit, they found me a replacement graphics card for an older desktop and installed it without a hitch.On the second visit, they got my laptop back up and running after a major BIOS crash. I had been working on it for two weeks and they had it running in two days. Next time I am bringing it to them on day one.Their prices are reasonable and they do not push a lot of extra add-ons that you dont need.. I recommend them without hesitation.

Messaged this location about repairing my iPad air 2 with a broken screen. I was told they repair that specific model, given a quote, and told they would have the part they needed in a few days time. After the time passed, I bring my iPad into the store and the clerk says we dont actually repair those. Very disappointing and a considerable waste of my time. The clerk was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about electronics which is the only redeeming factor of this business. PC-Help, please get your facts straight and dont waste peoples time with your misinformed staff.

Had a scammer call me and took control of my computer. They said they were from Microsoft and that my computer had problems. Well, turns out they were not, they wanted $300 in itunes gift cards. thats where the red flag went up.Brought my computer to pchelp and Brian cleaned up the remote software they put on it and cleaned it of any malware. He was very nice and understanding and explained everything in detail for me. Brian was great. I had an older Desktop PC with Recording software and hardware (Ensoniq Paris) on an older windows 98 computer. He was able to backup some of the recording projects and files from a barely alive PATA drive and along with some updated software get the system up and running. I left with a different updated Desktop and a full functioning Recording System at a fair price. Great Job Brian!

I had a problem with my computer not updating my Windows to its fullest. So I went here to get it fixed up and it only took a day to get it back. I will fully recommend this place to get your computer looked at and completely fixed up.

Brian was SUCH a pleasure to work with! He was kind, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. When my MacBook Pro started freezing, I was initially going to take it to the Apple store to get it looked at. My dad highly recommended PC Help, and specifically Brian at this location, so I figured I would give it a try. I was blown away by the service, to say the least. The Apple store near me got a “makeover,” which has resulted in extremely long wait times and subpar service. At PC Help, I was helped (ha ha) right away. Best of all, the store was small and uncrowded. The Apple store seriously makes me feel like I’m drowning in a sea of people.I had called Brian before going to the store because I wasn’t sure if he repaired Macs. On the phone, he immediately told me what he thought could be wrong with my laptop and said that he’d run a diagnostic check after I dropped my laptop off at the store. The diagnostic check had initially come back showing an operating system failure, but after my computer continued to act up, Brian ran another check. Turns out that the logic board had failed (hopefully I worded that correctly). It was smart of him to run another check, and honestly, I’m not sure that other people would’ve done that. The logic board was expensive to replace (because Mac parts are very expensive), so Brian recommended buying another used laptop. That showed me two things: 1) He was knowledgeable about computer parts and how costly they are and 2) He didn’t push me for a sale. I can almost guarantee that had I gone to the Apple store, I would’ve been pushed to either get the repair done or to buy one of their new laptops, which are out of my budget. How do I know that? Because it’s happened to me before. Don’t get me wrong: I don’t hate the Apple store. They’ve been very helpful before and even replaced my phone for free after the Touch ID was damaged while they were replacing the battery. I mean, yeah, they were the ones that damaged my phone, but at least they replaced it. But, you just can’t beat the service and speed of PC Help.Brian didn’t even make me pay for the service. He said that I could put the diagnostic fee money towards buying a new laptop. I mean, that’s literally the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me. He didn’t have to do that. I am so impressed by his generosity, thoughtfulness, and kindness. I will definitely continue going to PC Help for all of my electronic needs and questions. There’s no doubt in my mind about that.

Brought in a laptop with a cracked touchscreen. They gave me a couple of options to repair it. There was a problem when they put it back together and the hard drive didnt work. I wasnt happy as now I thought I would be out money for the screen and now more money for the drive. If I had known there was a chance of it needing more repairs, I would have likely not done any of it on a mid-range laptop and just bought a new one. So, that was an issue. We discussed the issue and they said they should have tested the drive before repairing the screen. But, then they impressed me with giving me an offer of returning the laptop to the original state (broken screen) and only charging me a diagnostic fee. Id be out $30 instead of hundreds. I thought that was reasonable... much more reasonable than paying a couple of hundred dollars to have a new screen on a broken laptop or throwing more money into an old laptop when I could just buy new. But then they really impressed me. Since they said they should have tested the drive before trying the screen repair, they went ahead and gave me a replacement hard drive... at no charge. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their service. There was an issue, and they made it right. Highly recommend.

Late Review;So its not all fresh in my mind BUT they deserved a good review i thought...i called and spoke to a Jerritt, and he was trying to fix my computer problem over the phone and was getting really into it; like it was a personal challenge to fix it for free :^D!!I ended up having to come in. Brian took my computer and promised not to program any spyware into it. He quoted me about half of what he ended up charging me when i came in to pick it up, and that was even after they unexpectedly replaced a part that i broke when i was getting my computer to them.Ever since then, ive been thinking about doing upgrades on my computer just because theres some good guys nearby who can be trusted and give great prices... ill get a better exhaust put on it eventually or something.

Work was completed within 24 hours, with timely updates. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend PCHELP for all of your computer issues. I have gone to the store in Hurst for many years for everything from asking dumb questions, to having repairs done, to purchasing equipment. I took in a year old custom built PC that would not boot. Also wanted to look at a new desktop PC. Brian Salonis was great help. He was able to get the old desktop to boot and showed me some new options in a CyberPower PC. Brian was able to transfer everything for old unit to the new PC, plus some additional upgrades that I needed. I was up and running again in a day and a half. Great service, honest and as I departed with the new CyberPower PC PC, Brian said just call if you hit any snags or need advice.
