Asa or Ada was so good to me while I was vacuuming and detailing my car. First, he offered to wet down some towels for me. Then he checked on me because I had been there awhile and when he knew I was ok, offered me some water because it was hot outside. I never felt rushed. He really cares about his Customers. I’ll be back for sure!

I have visited this location on several occasions and recommended it to may others. Unless I hear from the owner, I will not be doing it anymore. Yesterday, there were no damp towels available at the station I was using. I went to the office to request a couple, and when I opened the door, I called out Hello trying to get someone to help me. I saw a cart with damp towels and retrieved two of them. A worker came out and starting loudly telling me this was an employees only office and I was not to be in there. I explained I attempted to get help, but nobody was there and all I needed was a couple of damp towels. He continued to loudly tell me I cant just walk into a business. He later claimed there was a sign on the door that said Employees Only - there was not. I explained I was a paying customer just trying to get a couple of damp towels. Things got very heated and I asked to speak to the owner. He said I could have asked for help from another worker who was over talking to another person who was drying his car. I had no way of knowing that person worked there. I asked to speak to the owner and was told by another employee, he didnt even know who the owner was. Today I received a call from the General Manager telling me I had no right to enter the business. He accused me of coming in there and just taking things. He claimed they had video footage. I tried to explain I had called out to get someone to help me, and I had entered a door to the business I was a customer of. He hung up on me. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If I had done something wrong, a calmer explanation was warranted - not one that was accusing me of doing something with bad intentions. I was just looking to get TWO DAMP TOWELS.

I felt like the car wash was really fast compared to my usual choice and I paid for the top option. The car was clean but there were spots it seemed to miss.Though I did appreciate the complimentary towels the vacuums werent as strong as Im used too.I think Ill stick to my regular option but glad I tried it at least once not a bad place at all

Ive never gone through a car wash where my car looks almost exactly the same afterwards. I feel like I was ripped off. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I had a basic car wash and Was very dirty at the end of it. There was a guy who worked at the beginning and was very rude and tried to show me what stop means as if I were a child. It was my first time using this particular place and the guy was so rude and unpleasant. I look to go to get my car washed but he left such a sour taste on my mouth. If youre going to be rude, why work with people and have no patience? Theres better ways to go about it. Not worth your time.

There were no towels available at any of the vacumn stations. Only used and they were no busy. I went in to get some towels and grabbed 3 off a cart. The unprofessional attendant came out of the back room said put those back! You cant just come in and grab some towels. I told him to get to work and do his job, none of the stations have towels. Only stacks of dirty used ones.

Vacuums are horrible. I had two use two and it still didnt clean correctly. If the vacuum doesnt work then the car wash must be horrible as well. I am not paying $20 for a car wash if the my first impression is horrible

Had a terrible experience with an Absolutely unprofessional employee who worked on Easter weekend. Got a car wash and was waiting for the vacuum to turn on after asking the employee to do so. Asked the attendant were they broken and he said “I’m not turning them on. I don’t even want to be here.” I politely asked for my money back and he obliged, but I will never return.

Its a car wash. What more does anyone need to know? Actually, the car was is okay, but the reason I keep going back is for their after wash self serve vacuum and wipe down. I like the fact they provide towels and window cleaner. Again, not going to get a high end cocktail delivered to the car, but you have to drive home after the wash anyway, and no one needs to drink and drive.

Car came out dirty and I had to wipe down the whole vehicle with pressure to remove the dirt. I don’t have very strong arms either!! Won’t be back there again!!!

Got the $20 wash, was not impressed as several parts of my car exterior were still dirty. For $12 I can go to Rapids down the street and get a better wash. I was suprised because this is a brand new wash vs Rapids which is who knows how old.

Love this place

I started with the vacuum. It barely picked up extremely loose dirt on the floor boards. I paid for their most expensive wash ($20) and my car came out looking almost as bad as it did going in. The water pressure was terrible and left my car looking dingy and full of bugs. This was the first time Ive ever been, and also my last.

They didnt seem to have a whole lot of enthusiasm today...

Good thing I had got a free promo code for the $20 car wash raise if I had to spend that $20 out my pocket, I wouldve been upset.My car and tires werent even that clean, the complimentary towels had gnats on them and they were in my car, and the vaccum didnt even have enough power to suck up much. Im going back to the car wash Ive been going to on Davis Blvd.

Obviously under new management, lots of new stuff happening. Quick wash, and I love that they provide clean towels and vacuums for free. I like that I can take the time to really get all the crevices when I have time or do a quick once over when I dont. In this time of Covid, and then flu season next with whatever else, I like that no one is in my car. I cringe thinking about someone who has been in countless cars (exposures) wiping my car with who knows what on the rag or whos nasty car was already wiped with it....Ew. At CWC, I can see the rags are clean and then my car.😃
